It was Monday, the day of Okumura Rin's funeral. Rain poured down the grey sky, a perfect setting supposedly right?
But no, at least not for the people that rejoiced the death of the demon. Only few attended the funeral of the older Okumura. When his death was spread, they thank the exwires and Yukio for bringing death to the demon. Of course the exwires and Yukio felt guilty, it only made worse when they were thanked and call them the savior. Even the True Cross Order congratulate them.
Now they are watching the coffin of their friend be burned. The coffin was inside a small open cage with a roof on the top so the rain won't ruin it. It was an order by the Gregori. It was an order.
Mephisto stood there, umbrella up and watched the coffin get burn. Yukio and Shura had tried to plead him to not do it, but it must be done. The body inside won't burn. Yes, it may look it was decaying, but it will heal back without the heart and the soul. He had made sure of it.
Sheimi had her eyes covered by her hands, rubbing furiously to her eyes as Izumo clenched her hands and looks down. She refuse to see the coffin and the body be burn, mostly if it is her friend. Bon had stared along with Shima, they never thought this would happen. They never wanted Rin to commit suicide. They never meant it. Konekomaru on the other hand, was jolly in the inside as he felt safe once again as the demon is gone. But he felt a bit pity to the body itself. It was still not a proper burial for his classmates. Yes, classmate. He would never be a friend of a monster, no less, Satan's child.
When the coffin has been burned and was next burning the body, the exwires left along with their teachers. Mephisto stayed there and watch the fire flicker and tried to eat Rin's body.

The exwires sat on their respective seats once they have arrived. They were all dripping wet from the rain that poured hard, Sheimi have slipped while running to their classroom.
They were all silent, their teacher told them to stay put and they will be back. It was already 35 minutes that passed.
Konekomaru was suffering a bit, suffocating is a much more better word to be honest. He was not used to the silence of his friends. Shouldn't they be glad too that the demon is no longer here to hurt them?
"Sorry but no offense, why are you guys mourning and feeling guilty for that demon? Shouldn't we be happy that he was gone? That's what you want to right Bon? You said that to his face too that he should do us a favor, and he did do it. Shouldn't we be grateful?" Konekomaru's words had struck anger to everyone. Even the kind and shy girl Sheimi. Shima, sighs. He knew this monk will be like this, but isn't he a bit harsh? Rin is still half human too.
"I- I never meant he should do it.... I never want him to die...." Bon mumbled and it can still be heard through the classroom. Izumo scoffed and stands up.
"Yeah, you never really meant it huh Suguro? You personally told him he was not needed here, that he was no longer welcome to us and cannot be friends with him. You even told him to kill himself so we can live in peace! Not only that, you three stupid ass had the guts to mock him, insult him and tried to murder him with your spiteful glares! You destroyed his mental health! All of you are to blame for his death!" Bon got up from his seat, he was still dripping wet and grabs Izumo's collar. Shima and Konekomaru pulled him back to avoid another fight.
"What now chicken head? You're going to yell at me about why I myself did not include? Well, to tell you the truth. I never fucking said a word to him that can drive him nuts and talks to him normally like it was before! Unlike someone who was his first friend and turned her back against him immediately as soon as she learned that Rin was a demon!" Sheimi cried, it was true and she knew it was indicating to her. Bon pushed the two friends and threw a punch towards the girl. Izumo did not expect it and held her nose.
