Keefe's P.O.V
As soon as he said it he wished he could take back. He watched as her shoulders drooped and she turned around to hide behind her hair. She leaned against Calla's tree and finally faced him. "I found out who my biological mom is." that was all she said before she started crying. He pulled her closer, hating to see her like this. She continued," I find out who my biological mom is, but I couldn't tell him, I couldn't tell anyone." he pulled her even closer somehow and rubbed circles on her back." He got mad at me cause I wouldn't tell him so we broke up. We made up after Loanmore, but that day he got mad because he realized I was going to tell you." he was confused, Wait didn't you say you can't tell anyone."
" I'm not supposed to, but you're the only one I trust with this." Wow, Keefe was ... appalled, he didn't know Sophie would trust him this much, with her personal information. How hard it had been for her when he was in the comma? He started leaning in but decided not to. Instead, he devised a plan to cheer her up. Then it hit him. A sleepover! Yes, they would have a sleepover at Everglen and eat Mallowmelt. When Sophie opened her mouth to speak he put a finger against her lips and shushed her. He wasn't ready to hear this yet, so he told her, "So Foster, it seems you need something to cheer you up now. How 'bout a sleepover, at Everglen, right now." She gave him a strange look and started to protest but he continued," You have no choice, and we are staying there until you have some fun so, let's go to Everglen! He told her to hail Bianna and inform her of the occurring events for that night. Bianna quickly agreed to hail Linh, Tam, and Wylie as long as they brought Dex.
She turned to him when she was finished. "So I guess we have a sleepover to plan."
He looked back at her, " I guess we do."
I'm soooooo sorry, but I couldn't put such a sad part with a sleepover. The next chapter will, of course, be The Sleepover. Please leave any ideas for games they should play. I think you all know they'll play Truth or Dare at the end so bye!! My pretties, and stay safe!
