AN: This might be the longest chapter I've written for this so far. I hope you guys enjoy it. :)

May's POV

When Shay and Susie came to the safehouse, I knew something was wrong. Susie looked mad, while Shay seemed terrified. "Shay, stay. Ms. Winter, we need to talk. Now." She growled, then grabbed my arm and dragged me away from the safehouse.

When she stopped, she let go and turned to me. "What's the problem?"

"You're sister talked me into doing something I didn't want to do in the first place." She replied.

I frowned. "What was it?"

"Two words. Ink. Parasite."

"What?!" I exclaimed, growing angry. "You better not have..."

"I didn't want to!" Susie snapped.

I snorted, "yeah right."

"I'd rather get caught by the Ink Demon then cut you sister open!" She declared as tears began to go down her face.

I was left speechless by this. For her to say that of all things... I shook my head. I can ponder on that later. "Okay. I forgive you."

"Really?"

I nodded. "Shay is in for a world of trouble though."

"I understand. I promise that this whole thing will be as painless as possible," she assured me.

"That's all I can ask for since I was given no say in this."

Susie nodded. "Goodbye Ms. Winter."

"Goodbye Ms. Angel."

We parted ways after that. When I got back to the safehouse, I stormed up to Shay. "You're in huge trouble." I snarled.

----

"I don't see why this is necessary." I muttered. "It's just lunch."

"A lunch date." Shay corrected. "You've gotta look your best for your angel."

I sighed. "I still think this is overkill."

She sighed. "Look, you've asked me to help you with this, and I am. So either shut up and let me do this, or let me go back to my lockdown." I had decided to punish Shay by having to stay in her and Esme's room at all times, but with the exception of when she had to eat. I ended up putting Boris in charge of enforcing it.

"Done," My sister informed me a few minutes later. "Have fun." She then left before I could say anything, and returned to her room.

"Goodbye to you too." I muttered. I then looked over myself in the mirror. Instead of the usual attire I've worn in this world, I had on an ankle-length black sleeved dress with sleeves that dress reached my wrists. I also had on black stockings, dark grey silk gloves, and my shoes. These days, my hair was long enough that it was able to be put into a crown braid, yet have lots of hair left over.

Esme walked in. "You look amazing mom," she complimented.

"Thank you Esme. Where did you get a dress?"

Esme shrugged. "There is a surprising amount of clothing in this place. I have a feeling it was common for people to spend the night here. Anyways shall I bring you to the Music Department mom?"

I grinned. "I'd love it if you did."

----

After Esme left, I walked into the Music Department, and entered the pool room. A couple of minutes passed, then Allison entered. When she looked me over, she was speechless for a few minutes. "You're beautiful. I kinda feel underdressed."
