Susie's POV
"Both of you Stop arguing!" I snapped, then rubbed my temples with my hands. "I swear hearing you two argue is maddening."
The two voices of Dellabelle ignored me. She was a strange woman. In her human life, she was a woman named Della, who had a split personality. Her other personality was named Belle. Della was generally disliked by everyone and kept getting referred to as 'the devil half' while they adored Belle and referred to her as 'the angel half'. Ironically when the woman was resurrected by the Ink Machine, It brought her back as one person... with two heads. Both heads looked very similar.
They both had black hair, both had heart shaped faces, both had freckles, both had grey eyes, and both had grey lips. However the right head had short hair, her eyes and lips were dark grey, and she had black devil horns. The left head had long hair, light grey eyes and lips, and had a halo. It wasn't hard to figure out who was Belle and who was Della. However for some reason they chose to call themself Dellabelle. The two headed woman wore a long, ankle length trench coat, gloves, and Mary Jane-style shoes. Belle's half was white, while Della's was black.
"I still think it was a stupid idea." Della insisted.
I still think it was romantic." Belle argued.
"Of course you'd think that.
"What..."
"Shut. The. Heck. Up." I snarled. "You two have been arguing the whole time. The ink parasite is going to be finished copying Shay's origins in a few days, and we're still not ready for the damn operation!" I screamed the last part. "The life of the woman I love is at stake here, so take it seriously! NOW!"Both of Dellebelle's heads nodded. "Sorry," they mumbled in unison, "we'll stop."
I sighed. "Thank you. Now let's get back to work."

May's POV
Allison and Esme left ten minutes ago, and my thoughts have only become distressed at the dilemma I've had for years, the one I was unable to ignore anymore. Is Shay my sister, or my kid? It's a question I've asked myself, but never been able to answer. Now Allison's words have made it impossible for me to ignore it, and I had to ask the only person who could help me answer it, Shay.
"Shay sweetie, wake up." I gently told her, as I carefully shook my sleepy sister awake. "I need to talk to you."
"Tired." She moaned, "and hungry."
"I know sweetie, and I promise to feed you as we talk." I pleaded "Okay?"
She managed to wake herself a bit, concerned by the tone of my voice, and as I fed her some of her breakfast, she looked at me. "What do you want to talk about?"
"I... had a conversation with Allison and Esme about something that I've been... conflicted about for years."
"What is it?" She asked, concerned. "What's been bothering you?"
"Are you my sister, or my daughter?" I asked her as I felt tears in my eyes.
Shay frowned. "I don't understand."
"You are my biological sister, yet I've raised you myself. I've been doing it for so long, that sometimes I'm unable to decide if you're my sister, or my kid." Tears blinded my vision as they poured down my face. "I'm so confused, that I don't know which is true anymore." I sobbed, as I burst into tears.

Shay's POV
I felt drained because of the parasite, and I was struggling to keep myself awake. So when May burst into tears, it was too much for me. I felt my heart shatter, and tears started to pour out of my eyes. Then I threw my arms around her and buried my face into her chest.
