Chapter 12

Okay I am so sorry I haven't updated in so long I just lost all motivation lmao but yeah I'm gonna be back to updating on a weekly basis :)

Filler; luke gave Andrea to the experiment facility for money.

Andreas P.O.V
I had no choice but to cooperate with them. The Experimenters. As predicted, I had double security put on me until they could "trust me". I think it's better if I stay here, yes controlled, but at least I know they won't betray me. Luke Hemmings, the boy I was in love with turned me in for money. They have been giving me access to magazines and such, and Luke is living a perfect life without me. New girlfriend, new music, money. Everything he wants. He picked money over me, that's something I will never forgive. Boys are all about material. They don't care about you; they'd pick a new xbox over you any time. As for Jen and Melanie, I've lost all contact with them as well. Seems like they've forgotten about me.
I work at the front desk of the building now. Welcoming people to their nightmare. I don't care if others go through pain. If I did, why shouldn't everyone else? I was traumatized at 15. I shake my head, and feel the flashback coming as if I was there.
"Now sit still Andrea, we do not want to chastise you like last time" a man with a beard says, strapping me into a chair, with a morbid smile plastered onto his face. He points to my bruises on my arms. They came from be electrocuted. He gets a type of machinery and puts it in between my eyes, leaving me unable to close my eyes. My eyes quickly start to burn, but I know I'll have to get used to it. The man walks out and closes the door, leaving me in a white room with one glass frame, letting me watch into the attached room. The same experimenter gets a dog into the room. I smile at its cuteness but then, they start doing horrible things to the dog. They electrocuted it, cut it, ripped its teeth out, even ripped its testicles out and I was there sitting in a chair watching. I screamed and screamed, telling them to stop, tried closing my eyes, but when I did, the thing the man attached to my eyes would cut through my skin. When they finished, which ended with a dead dog, basically torn apart, I was sweating, crying, wanting to rip my hair out. I couldn't breathe and I was shaking. The same man, walked in like nothing happened. Like his hands didn't just torture a dog, and escorted me to my room. It wasn't the worse thing they showed me. They did things like that on humans too. From that day on, the dog, visited my dreams every night, me wondering what I could've of done.
I shake my head, and take deep breaths.
"They did it for my own good." I convinced myself. I've been taking pills lately, I don't know if it makes me think this way, but it takes the pain away. I hear the bell ring, indicating someone has entered.
"Welcome to the rational institute, how may I help you?" I ask, monotone keeping my eyes on the computer in front of me.
"More like, how can we help you" I hear the familiar voice say and I look up.
I tilt my head, staring at the two girls in front of me, Melanie and Jen. I don't crack a smile, just stare at them with no expression.
"What do you want?" I retort arrogantly.
"We're here to get you out of this shit hole!" Jen says putting her hand on mine from behind the desk. I rip my hand out of her grasp and feel anger, and so many emotions boiling inside of me.
"Get me out? Are you kidding! Did you guys wake up from a coma and remember me? You and you, and Luke, all of you are traitors! I'd rather stay here than go with you guys! Probably gonna sell me back to them anyway!" I scream, and hurt expression washes over their faces. They better get ready because I am not done yet.
"Oh shut up Melanie. Don't act like you're hurt, you're the one who was gonna freaking sell me to them! Get out!" I scream like a maniac.
"They brainwashed her" I hear Melanie whisper to Jen.
"She's probably on pills or some shit. We have to get her out." Jen mumbles back.
"Sorry, but we didn't think we'd have to do this by force." Jen speaks out and at that exact moment, they both jump at me. I fight my way out of their grip and click a red botton, indicating security to come down. Their eyes widen and try to make their way to the doors, but they automatically lock. A couple of guards make their way down and nod at me, with recognition. They tackle Melanie and Jen and as the guards pass next to me one of the guard says.
"Boss said he needed some more girls to experiment on anyway. They should do. For experimenting and to pleasure us." He winks at me, and I watch my friends get dragged away.
Melanie starts jerking and kicking her body, but the man's grip is too strong.
"Stop taking the pills!" She shouts at me with the last bit if energy she has. "Stop taking the pills!"
