Dares and Older Sisters

Prompt: Basically Zoe set this party thing up to help get Joe and Caspar out of an awkward phase they were having. Caspar runs out after confessing his love.

"Joe. didn't you tell me people would be here?" Caspar asked. He had canceled a date with a pepperoni pizza and Netflix to come to this Christmas party. Only what's a party when there are only two people in a huge room.

"I don't know Caspar. Zoe told me that there was a party here, and now." Joe sighed while running a hand through his hair. He wasn't to mad though. All he was going to do tonight anyways was film videos for his gaming channel. So in a weird way being alone with Caspar in a large room was quite comforting.

"Well I'm going to leave." Caspar said as he made his way across the room. He was just about to reach the door handle when he heard a click and giggling coming from outside the door. Caspar raised a eyebrow skeptically at the door before twisting the door nob. Locked. "Hello?"

"Just talk you two. Your not leaving this room till you guys are on better terms." He heard Zoe call out. Of course it was Zoe. Who else could possibly come up with a idea to lock two grown men in a room together. He loved Zoe, but still.

The worst thing was that Caspar knew exactly what Zoe meant by 'better terms'.

For the past few days both boys were incredibly awkward around each other. They had decided to do a dare Jaspar video for both of their channels. Everything was good and fine till the last dare.

"I dare you to kiss each other on the lips." Joe looked at the phone again just to make sure he read it right. Why would they want this? Joe thought. He didn't know why but his stomach knotted up at the thought of kissing Caspar. He turned to look at Caspar for anything that could possibly get him out of kissing his room mate and best friend. Caspar seemed to be slightly nervous but indifferent on the entire thing.

"quick peck then that's it, right?" Caspar asked and Joe just nodded his head. It's not going to change anything Joe stop worrying Joe thought to himself over and over before turning to face Caspar again. The blonde boy was looking down playing with a loose sting on the end of his pants.

"Casp?" Caspar shot his head straight up meeting the blue eyes that he liked no loved. They were just the perfect shade, and they went together so well with Joe's hair color. So maybe Caspar had the slightest crush on Joe, but in reality who doesn't. This was just going to make it worst though. Kissing your crush and knowing its only for a dare does not help you at all.

"Hmm?"

"Ready?" Caspar nodded before moving slightly closer to Joe. As much as he wanted this he just couldn't bring himself to actually do it. Taking another deep breath Joe leaned in just enough to feel Caspar's warm breath tickle his lips. Now or never I guess Joe thought as he closed the distant.

He pulled away immediately not seeing the look of hurt on Caspar's face. Facing the oppisite wall, he couldn't shake the feeling that enhanced his lips. With out even thinking he brought his hands up to his, trying to stop the tingling sensations. "We should probably um end the eh video."

"Yeah yeah..." Joe trailed off still lost in his own thoughts. Caspar nudged his arm making the older boy jump a little. "So if you like this video give it a thumbs up and Umm comment. We filmed a video on Caspar's channel. I'll see you next week for eh another Sugg Sunday Special." Joe mumbled.

He turned towards Caspar who had already made his way out of the room. He would have followed the boy out of his room but he just couldn't bring himself to. Ever since that moment the two had avoided each other and if they did happen to run into each other it was only a 'hi' or 'hey' or 'how's it going'.
