Touma was in a bloody alleyway, facing a group of Misaka's.

Touma: W-what's going on?!
Misaka 1 (s): We are cleaning up, the experiment. Explains misaka.
Touma: The experiment? What experiment...?
Misaka 2 (s): The Level up experiment. Answers misaka.
Touma: Level up...? What's that?
Misaka 3 (s): We do not have permission to reveal that information. Says misaka.
Touma then looked at the bloody alleyway then to the body bag on one of the Misaka's shoulders.
Touma: What's in the bag...?
Misaka 1 (s): Our sister. Answers misaka.
Touma:!?
The misaka's then walked away, leaving a stunned Touma in the alleyway.
(Play opening)
Touma called Misaka, but she didn't answer her phone. Touma then called Misaki.
Misaki:(on phone) Kamijou-senpai ★!
Touma: Misaki, do you know where Misaka is? I need to talk to her.
Misaki:(on phone) Sorry, I don't know where she is?
Touma: Do you know where she lives? She hasn't been answering my calls.
Misaki:(on phone) If she isn't answering, then she's probably brooding somewhere. Do you want me to help look for her?
Touma: No, but thanks. I'll find her myself.
Touma: Talk to you later.
Touma then hung up. He then began to wander around the city, looking for a place where he would find Misaka.
Touma:(mind) Why are there so many Misaka's? What's the Level up project?
Touma:(mind) There is something seriously wrong going on...
Touma then saw a girl with a familiar brown hair. He then quickly rushed towards the girl.
Touma: Misaka!
The girl turned around and Touma saw the goggles on her head.
