Authors Note: Alright so here is the chapter. Also, I know that no one reads these or comments on my work, but would it be cool for me to put a song at the beginning of each chapter? Like a suggestion type thing? I think I'm gonna try it so hopefully it works out.

Hunter's POV:

It was mid-day and we had just attempted lunch. Keyword, attempted. Parker was so patient with me and comforted me. I was so glad my mother was at her friends house. I tried to eat more than just bread and water, but it didn't work. I ended up throwing it up. So here we sat, again, on my bathroom floor. I was crying because of how pathetic my life had become. Parker was sitting there rubbing circles on my hand while calming me down.

"I-I-I'm S-s-s-so S-sor-rry P-Parker. I t-tried as b-best as I c-could." I sobbed out, trying not to make noise. I didn't want my mother to know.

Parker pulled me into his lap. "It's ok, alright? You tried and that's all that matters." He looked so hurt.

"Pleas d-don't tell my m-mom. Not y-yet." I stuttered.

"Ok. I won't. But you need to tell her eventually." He spoke softly and kindly, pulling me into his lap. "Are you ok to go to your bed?"

"I t-think so." I was crying softer now. I flushed the toilet before brushing my teeth. Then Parker led me to my room, and onto my bed. I grabbed my laptop from the floor beside me and pulled up Netflix.

"Can we watch Moana?" I barely whispered, blushing slightly.

"Sure." Parker looked happy.

"Yay!" I said as Parker laid down next to me.

We watched the movie, but halfway through it I started getting tired. I put my head down in the pillow I'd been using as an armrest, and fell asleep.

Parker's POV:
I noticed Hunter lay his head down in the pillow and close his eyes. He looked so calm and peaceful. His fluffy hair was sticking up above his head. I felt so bad for him. Hunter was going through so much and I didn't notice any of it.

"Whatcha staring at?" I heard a small voice.

"Ah fuck!" I nearly fell off of the bed.

Hunter started laughing. "That was hilarious. Oh I scared you SO bad!"

"Yeah and it wasn't funny!" I was cherry red and hit Hunter lightly on the arm.

"Really though, why were you looking at me?" He asked, siting up to look at me.

"Because you looked so peaceful. And-and I was just thinking about how long I've known you, but not known what-what you going t-through." My voice broke and I buried my face in my hands.

"Oh. I'm sorry." He hugged me. He was much shorter than me so it was hard for him too. The thought made me feel better.

"Don't apologize. But, you do know that it's time for dinner right?" I saw the color drain from his face.

"Ok. Let's, let's go." He looked so brave it only made his face cuter.

When we got down, Hunter's mom was cooking. "Hi guys! Dinner will be done in a few minutes. Feel free to wait down here!" She was so happy all of the time.

"Kay mom." Hunter spoke softly. I could tell he was scared.

Dinner was chicken, steamed broccoli, and olive oil bread. It was delicious. Hunter chewed quietly on his bread, before being scolded not to eat it all first. Then he tried eating some broccoli, but could only get 2 bites before looking sick. Being the brave friend he was, he ate half of the chicken. Before promptly standing up to leave, asking to be excused. Luckily, I did the same-seeing Hunter's condition-and saying we needed to shower before school tomorrow.

Hunter ran up the stairs and into his bathroom. I quickly followed.

He then threw up his dinner, and started crying again.

I sat down behind him. "Hey, hey, hey, calm down. It's ok. You tried again alright? You tried and you did your best." I grabbed his hand and squeezed it. He leaned over into my arms, still holding my hand.

"I know... b-but I j-just want to g-ge-et be-ett-ter..." Hunter cried into my arms. I hugged him. "How about you brush your teeth, and then get the first shower?" He nodded slowly. I released his hand and he got up out of my embrace.

"T-thank you for p-putting up with m-my problems." He looked down at the floor.

I stood up and hugged him. "You're welcome. I'd do anything for you." Then I walked out.
