Chapter 3: Meeting Bella

Bella's POV:
Pain. That was all I felt for 3 days. It felt as if I was on fire continuously. I knew I wanted to be a vampire, and I knew that the transformation would be painful, but I didn't think it would be this painful. I hoped the pain would end soon. This was worse than when my spine broke and I delivered the babies. Oh my babies, how I wish I could see and hold them right now. I need to survive this. For them and Edward.

For what felt like eternity, I finally felt my eyes shoot open. The pain was gone. I looked around the room I was in and could tell I had changed. Everything seemed so much clearer. I could see things from far away, and it looked as if they were zoomed in. I stood up and saw Edward looking at me with his hand held out. I walked to him and he caressed my cheek.  "You're so beautiful", he said. I smiled at him and then he led me to a nearby mirror. I gasped when I saw my reflection. The girl in the mirror was not the same girl a year ago nor was she the sick, weak, skinny woman who was carrying two babies. No, the girl in the mirror was different. She was stronger, and she had grown. I was dressed in a blue dress and my hair was already combed. I'm guessing Alice had done this when I was in my transition. I looked at my eyes and saw that they were no longer the brown chocolate color, but a bright, blood red. The transformation turned me from a plain ordinary looking girl, to inhumanly beautiful. I was still no where near as beautiful as Rosalie, but I would say my looks have improved. My skin was pale, but it was like that even when I was human. This was it. This was the new me; I was a vampire.

I felt happy. This is what I wanted since I found out about Edward. I wanted this so I could be with him forever. I turned towards Edward and pulled him in to give him a hug. He gulped and said "Bella, you're a lot stronger than me right now" I let go, realizing I was hurting him a little. He smiled at me and then leaned in to give me a kiss. I smiled and said," I love you", he replied," I love you too." We kissed again until I remembered my daughters. " Our babies!" I exclaimed. " They're amazing", Edward chuckled. I began to walk out of the room until an overwhelming feeling of hunger and thirst consumed me. I grabbed my throat and when Edward realized, he said that we needed to hunt before I met our daughters. I quickly nodded and we went out to hunt.

Edward said I did super well with resisting human blood. I won't lie, it wasn't easy. When we got to the house, Jacob suddenly came out before we could enter. I was shocked that he was still here. I thought that he would've been mad and left now that I'm a vampire. But apparently that wasn't the case, which leaves the question, why is he still here?
"You're still here!" I exclaimed. He smiled and nodded his head. He began to walk towards me, but I put my hand out to signal him to stop. I was a newborn and didn't have my hunger and strength under control yet. I didn't want to risk hurting him. " you should keep some distance for now." However, Jacobs response surprised me even more. "We should see how you react with me so it'll be safer for the babies." I looked at him weird and questioned why he cared about their safety. He quickly shot a look toward Edward which had me more confused. I just shook it off for now. Suddenly, I got the scent of a wet dog. It smelled bad, and then I realized it was Jacob. I guess since now I'm a vampire, I can smell the wet dog smell of the wolves. I looked at Jake with my nose scrunched up and said," No offense Jake, but everyone was right. You really do smell bad." Him and Edward chuckled and we all made our way inside the house. This was it. I was going to see my daughters again.

Hailey's POV:
Everyone was anxious and excited because mommy was awake now. I mind-linked Renny and said, "Renny, I can't wait to meet mommy! Do you think she'll love me?" "Of course she will Hailey! She's our mom." She was probably right. I guess I was just paranoid and anxious for when I met my mom. She only held me for a little while until she died as a human. During her transition, we discovered that Renny and I had gifts just like daddy and Auntie Alice. Renesemee's was the ability to show people her memories, or thoughts when she touched someone's check. Mine was telekinesis which allowed me to move stuff with my mind.
