It was made for the purpose of reducing uchiha segregation, and for the uchiha to climb up the political ranks of konoha but...was it really?
The uchiha police may have been that for people like Hiruzen and Tobirama, perhaps, but for Danzou and his other elderly minions...i doubt it.
Think about it. When you want to keep an oppressed group of people in check, you put them in positions that either don't matter, or positions that you can monitor.
Like the Police Force.
This is just me spitballing tbh, but maybe the Uchiha police force was never made for the sake of inclusion. Maybe it was made for the sake of exclusion.
If you really wanted to include people, you put them in every rank, every position. Nothing should be off limits for them. That's how inclusion is meant to be. So i always wondered how putting them in a single force was meant to include them.
And think about it, policemen are usually one of the most hated positions in...most places actually. Sometimes the police are either unjust, or the people just don't like the police because they are too just.
What if the Uchiha was so just, that it made the citizens of konoha exclude them even more?
What if the Uchiha Police Force made people fear them even more?
What if the Uchiha Police force made people angry?
What if that was Danzou's plan all along.
