Chapter 3

Ethan's pov

I got back home with my super speed. My aunt Violet was practicing magic because she's a witch. She's an old lady. Witches don't really like bloodsuckers like me but she has to deal with it.

"Hey" I said.

"Hi"

"Today I talked with the perfect girl. Guess who?"

"Ella? Ella Patterson?"

"Yup. The one and only. But there was something about her that made me don't want to kill her. Well sure her blood is special but I think I'm in love."

I felt something or someone behind me and when I turned around I saw the one and only Zach. Zach Blackbourne. My enemy.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I said with my teeth clenched.

"Well I'm moving here in Virginia because they're trying to kill all the vampires in NYC. And on the other side I thought why not pay my best friend a visit." I laughed that was hilarious.

"Do you really think we're still best friends after what you did?" I was really angry now.

"What? Just because I stole Victoria Lockhart from you? Well she's a bitch anyway. You don't know anything do you?" He said.

"Know what?" I was really suspicious.

"It's not important anyway."

"Tell me Zach or I'll kill you right now."

"Ok ok chill man. She cheated on me and the police took her when they found out she's a vampire."

"Oh" was all I could say. Well I loved her but now it's all about Ella.

Still Ethan's pov

I was stalking Ella since she was born. I couldn't wait for her to grow up. Let me tell you something. Many years ago. There was a very powerful witch. She's the first witch on earth. She worked as a nurse and when Ella was born she made a spell on her because she is a special person. Ella is the key for a curse. A terrible curse. The witch turned her enemy into a vampire because he killed her son in the first World war. And that makes him the original vampire. So the original vampire wants to kill Ella and take her blood. Her blood will make him powerful and it'll cure him from vampirism. And I had to bring the cure because I promised him. But from now on I'll protect Ella no matter what even if I had to die. I'll fight for her. I will do anything for her. She's very important to me.
