Chapter 5

Ella's pov

I woke up completely tired. I didn't want to go to college today, but I had to. I got ready. I wore a black jeans and a purple shirt then went to college. I saw Lauren standing with Skylar so I went to them I wanted to talk to Lauren about yesterday.

"Hey" I said

"Hey" They both said at the same time.

"Um...Lauren can I talk to you for a sec? Alone?"

"Yea um...sure." She said nervously. What's wrong with her?

"Hey what's wrong?" I asked her.

"Nothing" She said so I just shrugged it off.

"Ok then. Tell me why you didn't come yesterday?"

"I had um...stuff."

"Stuff ?" I didn't believe her.

"Yea stuff."

"Ok...? Skylar told me you were meeting someone."

"Oh yea right." She said and gave Skylar a death glare.

"So tell me who's the lucky guy?"

"Um...he's so cool. We met in the grill and he was really nice to me and he has a british accent." She said blushing.

"Ohhhhhhhhhhhh someone's lucky. Is he hot?"

"Yea he is he has dark brown hair and chocolate brown eyes."

Then the bell rang.

"Oh ok then have fun. I gotta go to class. Bye!" I said and went to class.

After I finished college I went to my father's graveyard and just sat there and read a book until it was five o'clock so I had to go home. I opened the door to my house.

"Mom, I'm home!"

"Hey honey. Dinner's ready." Mom said.

I didn't want to eat. I just went to my room, did my homework and then went to Skylar's. I rang the bell and waited for her to open the door. After a while she opened it. She was wearing her pyjamas and her hair was a mess.

"Oh my gosh did I wake you up?"

"No no it's ok. Come in." She said.

"Are you sure?"

"Yea there's no one home." We went to her room.

"So I wanted to talk with you " I said.

"Ok. Go on."

"Do you know who's the guy Lauren met?

"No, do you?" She asked.

"No, but I want her to be happy."

"Yea she deserves a nice guy. Did you hear from Ethan?" She asked.

"No."

"Good you better be careful around him. He's dangerous."

"Yea I know. I want to find out more about him."

"Come on we'll search on the internet." She said excitedly.

"Ok." I said as I opened my phone and googled : What are creatures that have red eyes?" The answer was vampires.

"Maybe you don't know that vampires exist but they're real so be careful!!!" I read out loud. I wanted more information but there wasn't any. I was disappointed in Ethan. I never thought of him being a bloodsucker. It was 11 o'clock now but I couldn't sleep. I called him and told him to meet me at the grill.
