-Liz's POV-
I look up at Jonah not bothering to pull away from the hug. "We have no place to go." I try to compose myself but the tears don't seem to want to stay in my eyes.
"There's a school on the outskirts of the city. It's a few days trip but I think it's worth it." He replies.
My mouth opens to say something but it's Gray who speaks up. "The city! You're crazy! The place will be crawling with the freaks."
I look up at Jonah who rolls his eyes. "Outskirts." He corrects.
I slowly get out of Grays embrace, wipe what tears are left and stand up. Gray stands up "I think it's a good idea," Gray looks at me like I have three heads and I can tell he doesn't approve of this. "Gray think about it being in an enclosed space is better than being out in the open. We can protect ourselves better and maybe no one has raided it yet." I hear him mumble something under his breathe but i choose to ignore it.
"Come on Gray you owe me for letting Jonah join the group." I hate to play that card on him but it's the only way to make him come so be it.
He pinches the bridge of his nose. "Fine." He says and I mentally do a happy dance.
I look over a Jonah to see is face visibly relax. "Lead the way." He nods and starts to walk with me and Gray in tow.
(A/N: This books is coming to an end! Thanks for all your support guys!<3 So why do you think Jonah wants them to go to a school?)
