Marinette closed her locker door with a sigh, carrying all her books out of the locker room and into the hallway. She could hear the gossiping of a new topic as Chloe bourgeois reveled in the attention of having a party back at her place.
"My parents are gone this weekend, and all the hotel rooms on the first floor are open." She winked with a slight smirk. "This is going to be the highlighted party of Senior year. And everyone's invited."
Marinette plugged her headphones in, her temples pounding as Chloe cackled. One of her books dropping onto the floor. She bent down to pick it up, before she could, she could spot slender strong lithe fingers dance across the spine of the book.
She looked up at the man, taking out her headphones as he turned his attention to the cover of the book. "The Sun is Also a Star." He said, reading the title of the book. "I didn't figure you were the type to interest in romance novels blueberry."
Ah yes, her ridiculous accident in Art class of Freshman year. She did live up to her name, being the clumsy person she was, and still is... She slipped and spilled blue paint all over herself, he called her blue or blueberry ever since.
She hated when he called her that.
"How'd you know it was a romance novel Agreste?" Marinette said smirking as she took back the book. "Touche." He said admitting defeat. "Besides, I could use the sweetness every once in a while." She said simply with a shrug of her shoulders.
He wanted to kiss her glossed pink and full lips right then and there. She was just so pretty. Marinette was wearing overalls, sporting a white tube top and a heart necklace. Her hair was pulled into a bun and she looked so cute.
She always did... Slightly bumping his shoulder as she continued her way back to class. Just then, the bell rang. Adrien smirked.

"That's it for today students. I'll see you tomorrow." This was Marinette's favorite part of a school day, and probably everyone else's. After third period. Lunch. She packed her things in her bag, she had an hour to spend.
She met up with Alya to enjoy lunch at their usual table. Taking out her salad, two halves of a sandwich, and container of strawberries. She dived into her Caesar salad, listening to Alya talk about the party at Chloe's.
"God- What are we gonna wear girl?" Marinette swallowed her food as Alya took a half of her sandwich and bit into it. "I'm not going." Marinette said before biting into a bittersweet strawberry.
Alya nearly choked on her food, "Didn't you hear?! Everyone's going to that party!" Marinette shrugged and pushed the rest of her sandwich and strawberries to Alya's side of the table as Nino began to approach the table.
"I've gotta go. We'll talk later." Marinette said before throwing her plastic container of a few lettuce leaves into the trash. She began running to the library with only 20 minutes left of lunch.
She took a few books out of her bag and stacked them neatly onto the counter of the front desk. "Returning or borrowing?" the lady asked. "Just returning." She answered. The lady nodded and began scanning the Books.
"Just in time dear, not a day late." Marinette sighed in relief, "Thank you Mrs. Banwell, I'll be back soon." She said and walked out of the library, returning to 4th period. She was a minute early.
"I'd like to have a minute with you if you don't mind Marinette." She heard her teacher say. "Of course Miss Bustier." Marinette followed her teacher into the classroom.
"There's a certain student who needs tutoring... And I figured since your the best at my subject, I would ask. If you did tutor him you would get extra credit, and perhaps a few homework passes."
Marinette thought about it, she was pretty busy as it is but some extra credit was useful and she could definitely use a couple breaks from homework. "Umm... Who would I be tutoring?"
"I would only be able to tell if you accepted the offer Marinette. 2 times a week which means two homework passes a week." Marinette crossed her arms, "Well... I guess I'll make some time for it. Who's the student?"
"Great! Adrien will be delighted! You know he usually does well in my class, I'm sure you won't have too much trouble. I'll just get the door, students are already waiting outside the classroom."
Marinette nearly twitched, Adrien will be delighted? As in... Adrien Agreste will be delighted? What the hell did she get herself into? Two homework passes a week and extra credit just wasn't enough.
But it was out of the question now. She couldn't back out, no matter how much she wanted to. She knew Miss Bustier wouldn't let her if she had the chance anyway.
She could hear Miss Bustier tell Adrien the great news before he walked in. The moment he did he had a sly smirk on his face and he winked at her. That bastard! He knew exactly what he was doing.
She sat in the seat behind him as he turned around, looking up at her. "So I guess I'll see you after school in the library?" Marinette glared at him, not saying anything as she felt like he had won.
"I'll take that as a yes, blue."
