Marinette giggled as Adrien took her along the dirt pathways. "Why can't I just see?" She said as he lead her down the path. "Because it's a surprise, Marinette. Makes it more exciting don't ya think?" He asked, Marinette smiled a little and shook her head.

Her hands tightened around his shoulders as he carried her to their... secret destination. Of course she was curious, she already had a bit of an idea based on the crunching of leaves and sticks beneath his feet. She knew where they were going was outside, perhaps a private little grass park or something.

A few minutes later of walking, Adrien came to a stop. She froze, "We're here... but close your eyes." He instructs as he carefully placed her down. He walked behind her, placing one hand on her waist, his other hand slowly pulling the blind fold off. He sighed, "Okay... you can open your eyes now."

Marinette's lips parted, speechless. A neat little picnic he must've spent at least an hour setting up. She turned back towards him, a small blush crawling across her cheeks as he only offered her a loving smile. "Adrien..." she said breathlessly.

She stared into his green eyes, so tender and soft looking. He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer. "You like it?" She nodded quickly as he chuckled. "I love it... thank you." She said softly, "Anything for you, blue."

Her blue eyes fluttered close as she slowly pressed her lips against his. He closed his eyes, immediately kissing her back. Her hands pressed against his chest, as he began placing chaste kisses across her face, sending her into a fit of giggles.

The two sat down, enjoying the clear blue sky as Adrien placed his head on Marinette's lap. She played with the soft locks of his golden blonde hair, threading her fingers through each fluffy tuft. He closed his eyes, enjoying the feeling of her fingers gently scraping against his scalp.

He smiled when she slightly pulled back his hair and pressed a kiss against his forehead. She watched as his beautiful green eyes opened, staring into her blue eyes. He slowly sat up, turning towards her. He reached his hand out and cupped her cheek, he kissed her once more.

His lips moved in sync with hers, slowly and passionately kissing her. He wanted this to last forever... his hands slid down from her cheek to her neck, traveling down her waist and easily pulling her onto his lap.

Her lips overlapped with his, her tongue sliding against his in a pleasant sensation. His lips slowly parted from hers, one glance between the two before he carefully set her underneath him and began kissing her neck. She bit her lip softly, closing her eyes.

His soft lips leaving a trail of wet kisses down her neck to her collarbone, he gently captured a piece of skin between his lips. His tongue swirling around the skin and he suckled on it. Leaving a bruising hickey on her collarbone, she ran her fingers through his hair.

Seeing her like this is underneath him drove him absolutely crazy. He only offered her a loving smile, as she wrapped her arms around his neck. "I love you... bugaboo." He teased, she chuckled. "Call me bugaboo again, Adrien. See what happens." She warned.

"Aw, are you planning on hurting me with those little arms of yours? How cute, blue." She playfully glared at him, flipping them over and climbing on top of him. "No... worse." She said, seductively biting her lip and she straddled his lap. His cheeks went red and his eyes slightly widened. "O-oh..."

She laughed. "Just kidding! You thought!" She said getting up and running away from him. He gasped and immediately began running after her. "Get back here little lady!" He said laughing as he ran. She hid behind the tree, peeking her head out from behind the tree.

He stood in front of her with his arms open, he just wanted her in his embrace. He placed his chin on her head when she happily complied, running into his arms and wrapping her arms around his neck. He sighed, "Marinette... I need to ask you something." He said, she pulled back a little, looking into his eyes with concern written on her face.

"What is it?" She asked, he took a deep breath as a small blush crept across his cheeks. "Will you be my girlfriend Marinette?" He asked, forcing it out. He didn't want her to say no. Sure they had shared several kisses and... they were really close by now... but she still might not want to be official with him.

He would give her as long as she needed either way, yet he was still afraid of her answer.

She chuckled a little, she thought him being shy and nervous was cute. Her hands slid to the back of his neck, pulling him close and pressing her forehead against hers. "Adrien... of course I'll be your girlfriend." She said. He sighed in relief, grinning as he pulled her back into a tight hug.

They both laughed a little, the moment was quite exciting. She gasped as he lifted her off her feet and spun her around. He held her up as she wrapped her legs around his waist. "Adrien..." Marinette said, "We cannot tell Alya and Nino about this... they'll most likely die of a heart attack."

Adrien chuckled, "Well... actually... I already told Alya and Nino I was going to ask you today. They helped me set up a little." He said while sliding a strand of her hair behind her ear. His thumb traced down her cheek and her bottom lip, "Let's not worry about that right now... I want you all to myself."

A crimson blush bloomed across her freckled cheeks as she nodded. He set her back down on the picnic blanket. His hand sliding into hers and lacing their fingers together. They enjoyed the iced apple cider and watched the sunset. Well... Marinette did at least.

Adrien always found himself distracted with her beautiful features, he had memorized every detail on her face by now. One day... he wanted to ask her to marry him, not just be his girlfriend. One day...
