Jihyo slowly stirred as the morning sunlight was painted across her face. The bed was empty, but the aroma of delicious foods diverted her curious mind. She got out of bed and threw the sheets back into a more neater formation than what it was when she woke up.

The girl made her way to her dresser where she rummaged through her shirts in search of one to wear. She finally settled with a cropped tank top, finding her Nike Pros to go well with her outfit.

After brushing up in the bathroom, Jihyo made her way to the sweet smell coming from her kitchen. In there was none other than the love of her life, Minatozaki Sana, pouring hashbrowns into a sizzling pan. Her hair was put up in a messy bun as she mixed throughly a bowl full of edible contents.

"Good morning~" Jihyo sing-songed as she made her way to the stoves.

"Nice of you to wake up this beautiful morning," Sana teased.

"Geez, a good morning would've been nice too," Jihyo murmured. Sana giggled and embraced the younger girl in a hug, pulling away slightly and leaning her head against hers.

"Good morning baby," the blonde said softly, pressing her lips to hers. She could feel her smile as she kissed her back. Sana broke the kiss and scrunched her nose, turning away to flip and mix the hashbrowns around on the pan.

Jihyo came and wrapped her arms around the older girl, leaning her head on her back.

"Ew, why are you so warm?" Jihyo laughed.

"I think it's body heat but I could just be radioactive. Nothing too bad," the older girl smiled. The younger girl giggled and wrapped her arms around her waist, smiling when Sana started whining cutely.

"Ji, I'm cooking. The last thing I want to do is burn your hand or like your arm."

Jihyo smiled and obliged because she really didn't feel like arguing or whatever that conversation would've turned into. She went and sat down on the other side of the island.

"How long have you been up for?" Jihyo asked.

"Well, yesterday when we got home, I had already decided I wanted to make you breakfast. So I went to check if you had hashbrowns in your freezer, but you didn't, which was okay. I went out this morning at around seven and when I got back you were still sleeping. I didn't want to wake you, so I just started making food until you came out," Sana inhaled and laughed.

"Ugh, you're too much," Jihyo smiled. Sana stuck her tongue out at the younger and plated the hashbrowns.

"Well, I put an extra amount salt in the hashbrowns. Or was it sugar?"

Jihyo stopped eating mid-chew and looked up at Sana. The blonde snorted and aggressively slammed her hand on the counter.

"Funny!" Sana yelled and laughed. Jihyo couldn't help but laugh slightly at her silliness. She finished her food and put her plate in the dishwasher, turning it on when she closed it.

Sana was leaning on the marble on her, and Jihyo was bored. She went over and took Sana's phone and smiled widely.

"No warning?" Jihyo shook her head and giggled. She then ran off towards the bedroom, looking behind her to find her girlfriend getting closer. Jihyo physically slid into the room and shut the door, hearing a bang as Sana ran up against it.

"Jihyo-ssi~, can I have my phone please?" She heard the older girl plead from the other side.

"It's funny that you think you can get it back so easily," Jihyo teased. Sana whined and tried unlocking the door, but to her dismay it was locked.
