It was a regular Thursday, almost the weekend for the students at Yeongsun High. Almost four weeks had passed by since the flooding and neither girls from either group have talked to eachother. It was almost devastating for one of them to see one another, even more when they passed in the hallways. A silent pact was made between them; no talking, secret glances, or touching during school. Other students would completely flip if they saw the girls from 'rival groups' just casually hanging out at their lockers. It was hard, of course, but they had to deal with it.

Science was a mess since they just happened to all have that class together and had to present their project that day. Mrs. Kang decided to pick who would present, making everyone groans once again. "Sana and Jihyo, you guys are up," she said. The blonde rose up from her seat and walked past Jihyo, slightly tapping her to quit her staring. She followed Sana up to the front of the room, earning glances and stares from not only her friends but other people as well. A cough diverted her attention to those brown eyes she knew all too well. Sana gave her an encouraging nod as she began speaking about their topic.

The presentation ended faster than they thought it did as the two of them earned loud claps from their fellow classmates. The younger girl shuffled her way back to seat, managing to avoid all the bags and feet on the floor.

Once Jihyo sat down, she felt a warm feeling on her shoulder that went away just as fast as it came. She turned around to see Sana looking over her shoulder with a small grin on her face before turning towards her own desk. Jihyo slightly blushed, looking back to the current presentation when she felt her face intensely heating up.

"You okay, Jihyo?" A nearby student asked.

"Y-Yeah, totally fine. No worries," she replied, laughing quietly when the girl smiled at her curiously. "I mean, you know it was Sana who touc-," Jihyo spared a slight glare to the student, making her silent. The student looked back at her one last time before returning her sight to the presentation.

To Jihyo's luck, the bell rung right before anyone could ask her anything else. She packed her bag and walked quickly out of the room, trying to avoid everyone around her just to get to her next class. It was stressful enough that she had to present to Mrs. Kang, but she almost exposed her and Sana's "relationship" or whatever they had. All Jihyo wanted to do was get away from any questions or anyone, especially that one student.

As for Sana, she saw Jihyo storm out of the class with speed, trying to get to her next class.

"Is she okay?" Momo asked from behind her. Sana only nodded, saying no words as she wondered what drove Jihyo out so fast. Was is what she did? She only meant it as a 'good job' pat. Her phone suddenly vibrated from her back pocket; a message. Two at that. One from Jihyo, thank god, and another from an- unknown number?

"Do you know who this is?" Sana asked, showing her screen to Momo who was squinting like an old woman. She shook her head after reading the number, leaving Sana to just shrug it off and look at it later. Instead she opened up Jihyo's text to her.

JH: Rooftop. 10 minutes. Please be there. :)

The blonde sighed, being glad that her past self chose a free period after this class. She grabbed her books and stuffed it in her bag with some care but not too much as she left the classroom.

"Real eager to leave, aren't you," Mina said as she and the girls trailed Sana out of the room.

"I mean," she lowered her voice just as they passed a blob of students. "Jihyo wanted to talk on the roof in 10 and I'm assuming it's important since she just bolted out of Science." Mina nodded understandingly, taking her eyes off her to fix her glance on Chaeyoung. It was a guilty glance, of course, but she only locked eyes with her for a second before Momo hit her arm, signalling her to where Sana was waving goodbye before taking the stairs away from them.

The latter made her way up to the roof just as the bell rang, ending all the ruckus the hallways produced for 5 minutes. She pushed open the door to find a short-haired girl sitting alone on the white top of the school. Sana sighed and smiled, walking over to take a comfortable seat next to Jihyo. She felt her presence nearby and relaxed when her sweet, familiar aura invaded her brain. No words were exchanged between them. Only the light breeze that passed through the air provided little noise to the silence.

"Hi," Jihyo finally said, earning a chuckle from Sana. "Hi," she said in response. The younger girl turned her head to look at the blonde, diverting her attention from the cloudy-blue sky. "You alright?" the latter asked, her gaze now on Jihyo. The two looked at eachother, neither of them daring to break eye contact.

Jihyo hesitantly moved her hand towards the girl, earning no reaction from her as she continued. She trailed her finger past her jawline and cupped her face gently, Sana melting into the touch she longed for. She placed her hand over Jihyo's while looking down at the surprisingly smooth rooftop beneath her. The warmth of the younger girl's hand faded when two fingers tilted her head upwards.

Before Jihyo could say anything, Sana leaned in and kissed her. She felt those soft and plump lips she missed too much move against hers as unwanted tears threatened to fall out from her eyes. Jihyo shifted her position to straddle the blonde, never breaking the distance between them as she gently grasped the latter's face. Sana wrapped her arms around the girl and pulled her closer to her body like she would lose Jihyo any second. She slipped one hand under the hem of her shirt and while keeping the other on her clothed back. The latter slightly licked her bottom lip, asking for entrance. The younger girl obliged and let Sana explore her mouth, surprised with how skilled her tongue was. She pulled away slowly after sometime as Jihyo rest herself on her head, both taking in greedy breaths of air.

Sana didn't notice her face was wet with tears until her partner was laughing and wiping her cheeks with her thumb. The older girl smiled and starting kissing up her jaw, leaving a trail of kisses to her ear.

"I've missed you so much, Miss Park," she whispered while she playfully nibbled at her ear. "It's been hard for everyone, y' know?" Jihyo tightened her hold around Sana's neck, knowing what she meant by 'everyone'. Sana buried her face in Jihyo's chest and let her tears fall. The younger girl knew that as much as Sana tried to hide her emotions, they always came out once in a while and when they did, it really never stopped until she fell asleep by tiring herself out. Sana looked up at Jihyo, still in her lap and kissed her more softly than before.

"I really wish we could stay like this forever, Sana," Jihyo said while running her fingers through the older girl's hair. "Yeah, but we have like 23 minutes left 'till class is done," Sana replied smiling. Jihyo laughed and kissed her forehead before getting attacked.

She fell back laughing as the older girl tickled her sides, making the short-haired girl's cheeks burn with laughter. Sana hovered above the girl, watching her smile like a 5 year old who just found out what ice cream was. Jihyo's laughter died down when she realized that Sana was looking at her with such a loving gaze.

She pulled Sana down for a gentle but passionate kiss, sending a sudden electric feeling through both of them. "I'll always treasure these moments we have.. I'm just sad we can't act like this regularly in public," Sana said while playing with Jihyo's jet-black hair. She only hummed in response before saying, "It's too risky, and we all know that it's best if we don't make any unnecessary contact with eachother. But that doesn't mean I want to freeze time and stay like this with you as well."

Sana chuckled and laid herself onto Jihyo, feeling the pressure of her arms around her neck pull her into a hug. The blonde smiled and placed a kiss on the younger girl's cheek before relaxing into her embrace for as long as she can.

"You make all my worries dissolve into dust, Miss Park. I love you for that."
