"chenle!!" renjun screams as he runs to the younger male and engulfs him in a hug. he was anxiously waiting for both of them to comeback with donghyuck trying to calm him down. now that chenle was back, he felt so happy and a huge burden on his shoulders were lifted.
mark just smiled at the two. he didn't want to interrupt wanted to let them have their moment, but with dangerous guards up on their tail, there was no time for those.
"guys we need to go fast. i may have lost them but it doesn't mean they'll find us."
the two boys broke away from the hug. jeno nodded at what mark had said and turned to donghyuck. "hyuck? can you teleport us away from here?"
the tanned male chewed on his bottom lip nervously. "i-i can't.." he softly said and looked at jeno apologetically. he couldn't do it. "my teleportation power is unstable. i'm afraid i'll teleport you guys to somewhere bad." he sighed sadly.
mark felt bad for donghyuck. he knew donghyuck had been wanting to master his teleportation ever since he found out about it. the boy knew about his ability later than his other powers which made him have a difficulty in mastering how to control it.
they couldn't do anything about it. they understood donghyuck only doing it for their safety and mark was simply okay with it.
"its fine. i saw a nearby mall just about a mile away from here. we can stop by there and change clothes since the trackers are still on them. then, we can find a place to stay hidden for awhile. let's go." the oldest announced and motioned them to follow him. they quietly and secretly jump over fences so that they can take the short cut to the mall without getting seen by many people.
they needed to do it quick or else they'll get caught again.

"i dare you to get money out of that thing."
donghyuck pointed to a atm machine they saw and nudged jeno. he knew the boy could control metal and wanted to see him do it.
jeno eyed the machine for second before looking around his surroundings for anyone looking. fortunately for them, no one was passing by. plus the machine looked like people rarely use it.
the group stopped by at a store to cool down a bit since they've been walking under the scorching heat.
"if i do, will you do me any favor i want?" the taller male side eyed him.
with that mischievous smile of his, donghyuck nodded. "bet."
taking one last look around for people, he then faced the machine and stood infront of it and slowly breathed in. donghyuck watched how he was concentrating on the metal object and envied how he can control them.
a hard stare was plastered on jeno's face and his eyebrows creased a little, showing how he was serious about getting money out of the atm machine. he could feel his nerves all around his body and sent chills down his spine.
the atm machine was starting to shake a little which made the shorter's eyes go wide. the rustling sound of metal against the pavement had grabbed mark, renjun and chenle's attention who were sitting on the benches.
"what the..." renjun mumbled and looked at how jeno was giving the atm machine a very intense staring contest.
after a few seconds in the atm was now violently shaking and donghyuck started to step back from jeno and the machine.
all of the boys looked at jeno using his control metal powers take place. the boy didn't move nor blink and it kinda creeped chenle out even though he'd seen him do it before. that was one of jeno's skills, he can focus very well and do his power with ease. but using it on an atm machine was quite a challenge for the boy too.
jeno took one last deep breath and finally released. the atm machine completely went nuts as the numbers shown on the screen weren't in order anymore and endless piles of money came out from it.
the boy smiled at what he had just done and looked at donghyuck proudly.
the other male stood frozen in his spot as he stared at the paper bills flying everywhere and piling up at the bottom as well.
now that's how you use your powers.
