donghyuck groaned at the feeling of his back hitting the ground pretty hard. he didn't know where he teleported to and it looked like nowhere near jeno.

he looked around and found them behind a huge bush with a huge forest behind them. the tanned male sighed out loud and looked at the other who was lying down beside him.

mark was still passed out, blood around his arm since it wasn't treated properly when the scientists took some of his blood.

wanting the wound to worsen, donghyuck had no choice but to rip the sleeve of his shirt and wrap it around mark's wound. they both were still wearing the lab's uniforms, donghyuck in a long sleeve orange body suit while mark was wearing the same thing, but without the long sleeves.

the color made them look like they just escaped ou of prison.

which in their perspective, they did escape. just, not prison.

after wrapping mark's arm, the blonde canadian still won't wake up.
donghyuck had an idea and he didn't hesitate one bit to try it.

slap!

the tanned male slapped the other right across the face, immediately waking mark.

his eyes shot open from the impact and touched his right cheek. "ow! what the heck hyuck?! that hurted!"

the said male rolled his eyes. "duh, i had to slap you since you won't wake up!"

adjusting to his surroundings, mark looked around weirdly. they weren't in the lab. "where are we?" he asked and faced donghyuck.

he rubbed the back of his neck and glanced away. "well...we escaped the lab and then teleported here. the problem is i don't know where we are so..." he trailed off and looked back at mark.

"you teleported? i thought you didn't know how to yet?"

"i do, but sometimes i teleport to some places i don't even know. i still haven't mastered my ability yet."

mark sighed and stood up from the dirty floor. "well, we need to find the others first. we don't want the guards finding us nor them now do we?"

donghyuck suddenly went silent and listened quietly. he heard faint noises from afar. it sounded like people chattering. he shushed mark and went to the sound. the confused male only followed behind.

he pushed aside the bushes to reveal a whole amusement park. rides were everywhere with adults and children running around, swarming the area.

"i teleported to an amusement park..?"

he furrowed his brows and looked around the park.

suddenly, mark gasped out loud, catching the other's attention. "i can sense jeno!" approached him.

"my telepathy..i can sense jeno's presence but i can't read his mind nor find out where he is. he's too far." mark said and faced the younger.

donghyuck smiled happily. "i must've teleported here because jeno was here! but, i did mess up so that's why we're far from him."

"well, what are we waiting for! lets go!" mark said and trudged forward, exciting the bushes and into the park.

the two walked around and scanned the area for any signs of jeno around.

"its getting stronger, i can read bits of jeno's mind now. it seems like he's looking for someone here? he's near the ferris wheel!" the canadian said and pointed to the tall ferris wheel up ahead of them. the two ran as fast as they could.

then, donghyuck spotted jeno's back near the front of the ride. "there!" he pointed to a certain brown haired boy who's back was facing him.

"JENO!!" mark screamed for his attention.

the said boy furrowed his brows when he heard his name being called from afar. curious, he turned around only to be engulfed in a bone crushing hug by two other boys.

"mark? donghyuck?" jeno's whole body was left in shock. he didn't expect them to be here at all. it was a miracle.

after their little moment, they pulled away.

"oh my god guys! i'm so glad you're here. i thought i was gonna be all alone trying to find the others. how did you escape?" jeno asked.

donghyuck smiled proudly and replied. "i used your potion! then i tried to teleport to you but instead we ended up in the bushes in the amusement park. i haven't mastered it completely though."

before jeno could even reply, mark cut them of abruptly.

"uhh guys?" he said and looked at them both in the eyes.

"i can sense renjun and chenle."

to clear things up, mark can only read the dreamie's minds and no one else. he can sense their presence if they're near but can't read their mind yet. he has to be close to them to be able to. he can't if he's far away from them.

hyuck had teleportation all along but didn't master it yet, resulting in him teleporting to places either not what he expected, or not the exact place like only somewhere near it.
