"why did we choose this old and crusty looking building???" donghyuck complained out loud while carefully stepping over fallen debris on the floor and looking around with disgust. they stopped at an old abandoned store a few miles just from the mall where they were just at. 

mark deeply sighed and sat on some random block of cement, quite exhausted from using his powers too much. "hyuck, i can't continue using my abilities forever. let's just rest here for awhile."

renjun who was beside the older, nodded and agreed at what he said, looking at donghyuck shortly after. "plus, we aren't exposed to everyone here. they can't see us unless they enter from the roof."

yes, the roof. the building's entrances were all broken and huge cement blocks and other debris had covered them up, thus preventing people from entering. jeno had to kick down from the roof to create a hole for them to enter through. 

chenle looked around the old building and spotted some graffiti painted on the walls. he thought it was cool. 

"speaking of staying here for the night, shouldn't we get supplies?" jeno spoke up suddenly. 

mark nodded at the younger. "yeah we need some blankets, lights and food. i spotted a mini store about a few hundred meters from here awhile ago so you can go there now."

"are you coming?"

"nope. i'll stay here. i have like, no energy left. you guys go while i stay here."

renjun patted mark's back before standing up from where he was sitting. he decided he'll go out to buy supplies for their stay. "chenle! donghyuck! you're coming with me!" he called out for two specific boys he wanted to bring along. 

chenle immediately skipped his way to the boy and smiled. "i'm ready!"

the oldest among the three looked at donghyuck and the other gave a single nod at him. "i'll go." he said and approached them. 

remembering they had to exit from the roof, renjun then nudged chenle. "give us a lift, shall we?" and the boy happily agreed. they all walked under the hole they went through from above and held hands. chenle took a single breath before using up his energy to make all three of them to levitate up in the air. 

i might stick to updating chapters everyday but with small amount of words :( im literally starting school tomorrow ughhh

anyways, you can search up abandoned buildings and you can get the idea of how it looks like, but less creepy and messy lol
