Hello!! I'm back!! Thank you for waiting for updates (if you still have my book saved) and I hope I can supply that demand, updates might still be slow but I'll try my best to get back to the swing of things.
Also....I know in the villain Deku omega verse that I would consider making a part 2, but the thing is I never actually planned on doing it so I didn't have a very secure storyline for it, and when I tried writing it I hated everything I wrote. So in sort I'm not going to continue to write it but I won't delete the draft so that if I do come up with a better idea that I actually like for it, I'll be able to keep working on it. But I can't promise I will ever update it. Sorry to those who were looking forward to it but writing fanfics is and enjoyable thing for me and writing something that I'm not happy with just turns it into a chore, thank you for understanding.
Shoto stumbled into his room at quarter to twelve at night, almost hitting his head on the door when he stumbled passed it. He clutched the side of his stomach tighter with his already bloodied hand when another wave of pain shot through it.
Way to tired to change out of his clothes, the halfa opted to just fall limply onto his bed, wincing when his head hit the pillow. To exhausted to even clean his wounds, he hoped Fuyumi wouldn't be too mad at the state his bed sheets would be in the morning.
It was half past eleven when Endeavour had finally let him get some sleep after his particularly brutal training session and took him a full fifteen minutes to limp up the stairs to his room, with a splitting headache and a bloodied abdomen, and another five to get as comfortable as possible in his bed. That being said in ten minutes, Shoto Todoroki was turning ten years old and officially meeting his soulmate.
Your guaranteed to meet your soulmate between the age of eight and ten because their had not been a single case of soulmates being older then two years apart. When the oldest of the two turns ten you both enter a dream like state where you get to meet them, it's like a lucid dream only your sharing it with someone else.
Shoto smiled at that thought. The idea of having someone to talk to and to listen to him was really comforting, maybe he wouldn't feel so alone anymore. Sure he'd always had his siblings, but with Touya missing, Natsuo in college and Fuyumi to busy looking after everything around the house, he'd never actually had someone to sit down and talk with. 'I don't think I've been this excited for anything before.' Was his last thought before he drifted into a very deep sleep.
There was a voice.
The most beautiful and the softest voice the halfa had ever heard.
"Oh my gosh! Are you okay?!"
It sounded worried, panicked. Did his wounds show in the dream as well?
Shoto's eyes slowly opened and landed on a scared looking greenette with the most beautiful green eyes in the world and Shoto swore he could see galaxies swirling behind them. He'd look into them forever if he could. He was the luckiest guy in the world to have this angel for a soulmate.
"Hey? Are you okay? What happened?" They asked again.
Shoto just smiled, bringing his hand up to rest on his soulmates cheek. It was then that he realised his head was resting on the boys lap.
"You're beautiful." He said.
The green eyed boy blushed a dark red, hiding his face in his hands making Shoto chuckle to himself.
"What's your name?" He asked the boy above him.
Said boy peeked at him from between his fingers, lowering them he said "I'll tell you my name if you tell me why your hurt."
Shoto smiled again before muttering a small "Deal."
The boy nodded and continued to say "My name is Izuku Midoriya."
'And a beautiful name to match.' Shoto thought.
"Now you keep your end of the deal."
Shoto sighed. "Okay, it happened while I was training with my quirk, my 'trainer' was too rough today." He said putting air quotes around trainer.
"Really!" The boy beamed almost blinding the two toned boy. "What's your quirk? What kind of training did you do? Do you wanna be a hero? What weakness comes with your quirk? Who's your favourite hero? How did your quirk manifest? Dang it where's my notebook when I need it." He babbled looking around himself for anything to write with.
It was then that Todoroki had the chance to view his surroundings, they were in a clearing surrounded by the biggest trees ever. Flowers covered the grass like its own colourful blanket, but the noon was out, creating a beautiful twilight of purples blues and silvers, the moon so big it took up most of the visible sky. It was breathtaking.
"Ya know, the scenery that you meet your soulmate in is supposed to be a representation of the love they share fore each other. My mum and dad apparently met in a forest connected to a dry desert. That's probably why I don't remember anything about him." Izuku said when noticing where the duel haired boys attention was placed. "But enough about that, I wanna know more about you."
Shoto smile grew a little, somehow just hearing the greenettes voice filled him with a happiness he'd never felt before, it felt freeing. "My name is Shoto, Shoto Todoroki, my quirk is half hot, half cold, not the most creative name, I know, but it does the job. What about you? What's your quirk?" He asked with a smile.
Izuku's whole being seemed to sadden and his beautiful smile turned into a frown, in addition it brought a frown to Shoto's face as well. 'Did I say something wrong?' He thought.
"Actually," Izuku said taking ahold of one arm with the other and averting his gaze slightly. " I-I was born quirkless."
"So?"
"Wait what?!" He turned back surprised.
"I don't see you as lower then me because of that, never have to anyone quirkless and never will. Plus my dad does so me not pisses him off and that is my mission in life." The halfa said matter of factly.
Izuku just stared as Shoto, unknowing at what to do, this was the last thing he had predicted would happen and thus had prepared for every scenario but.
"Wait, you hate your dad?" He asked, paying attention to that one specific detail.
"Well he's the one that tormented my family and practically drove my mother insane which ended up causing her to pour boiling water on my face and give me his scar, soooo yeah I hate him."
"That's sounds horrible!"
"Yeah well, me and my siblings will always stick together, no matter what." Todoroki smiled.
The horrified look on the greenette's face slowly changed to a small smile. He stroked a hand through his two toned hair and whispered. "As long as your still happy, and I hope I'll be able to make you happy too. So I can't wait 'till we meet in real life."
With a content smile, Shoto closed his eyes, and when they re-opened he was face to face with his sister in a hospital bed, worry evident on her features.
"Oh thank god you woke up. I was so worried! I found you in your room about two hours ago completely stained in blood. I called an ambulance and they brought you to the hospital and we didn't know when you'd wake up and and-"
"I met my soulmate."
"What?"
"I think I'm in love."
"You almost died and all you say is your in love!! I'm happy for you and you'll have to tell me all about them later but that's not the main issue here... don't ever scare me like that again you hear!!" Fuyumi yelled, jumping onto her brother to hug him.
"Sorry," Shoto mumbled, hugging his sister in return. "But it wasn't technically my fault."
"Shut up and let me hug you."
Hello again, just want to say another thanks for waiting and I should have another story up tomorrow if I can stop reading fanfics to write my own. 😅
