"A double date?" The greenette asked his boyfriend in conformation.

"Yeah, Denki said he would finally ask Shinsou out but only if someone goes with him to make sure he doesn't screw everything up. And seeing as you are one of his best friends, who is also in a relationship, he asked us to tag along." The blond answered back through the phone. "I haven't confirmed or denied it because I wanted your opinion before I gave an answer."

"Aww, Kacchan, see you can be sweet." He teased.

"Shut the fuck up nerd! I mean it!"

"Ok, ok. I'm sorry but your so easy to tease."

"Whatever, your lucky I love you." He grumbled.

"Love you too Kacchan."

"Anyway, are you up for it?"

"Mhm, tell Kami I'd be more that happy to."

"Alright, I'll text you the date."

"Ok, bye Kacchan."

"Yeah, bye Deku."

Izuku leaned back in his desk chair when his phone went silent, he'd been really bored before katski had called and was once again, so, like the teenager he was, he opted to scroll through Instagram to pass the time.

Bad idea.

'Katsuki Bakugo in a relationship with Toru Hagekure?' Was the first post that came up, accompanied by a clearly photoshopped image of the two kissing.

Being in a relationship with a famous singer, who also did modelling with a popular and beautiful model, proved to be a challenge. Especially when they hadn't come out to the public due to Izuku not wanting the attention.

But that also means that any interaction katsuki has with a woman, results in the media reading to much into it and thinking they're dating.

Kacchan never even said he was straight.

Not that he is.

With a sigh, Izuku pocketed his phone and went downstairs to where his mother was cooking dinner.

"Hey mum." He greeted.

"Hi sweetie." She replied turning round with a smile, though that disappeared when she saw the look on her sons face. "Honey? What's wrong?"

"It's stupid really." Izuku said quietly. He didn't want to burden his mum with his problems too.

"Izuku, I'm your mother, I know when something bothers you more then you let on."

The greenette hesitated, then sat down on the island. "You remember I'm in a relationship with katsuki, right?" His mother nodded. "Well him being famous and all, it's not exactly easy to tell the public he's gay and dating someone like... like me. So with the media, still thinking he's single, they think he's dating that famous model he works with. And it's just hard, seeing people talk about how cute my boyfriend would be with some girl he barely remembers the name of. And I know I'm being selfish but I really want everyone to just back off and leave us alone." When he finished, his eyes were filled with tears that threatened to spill.
