Cannon Fantasy AU!
Long, long ago, in a land lost in time, where dragons ruled the sky and fairies danced under the cover of the night sky, a group of six friends, two royals, one knight, one dragon, one witch and a traveller set out to explore the unknown, have been travelling together or many a moon, and this dear reader is where our story begins~
"Alright, that's the last tent!" Uraraka stated, whipping her brow and lowering her staff with a smile.
"Thanks, Uraraka, your magic really makes setting up camp go faster," Izuku replied, heaving his bag off his shoulder.
"Yeah but now I'm starving. How's lunch coming to Bakugo?" The brunette called to the blond.
"Do you want to cook this stew yourself? Because if you don't I suggest you be more patient, I'm almost done. Shitty hair, can I get more fire over here!?" The barbarian King shouted.
"Sure bro!" The redhead replied, crouching down by the fire and blowing a small stream of flames to make it grow.
Uraraka just shrugged and turned to the greenette who was sat on a bolder sharpening his sword. "Hey Deku, you wanna see the new spell I've been working on?" She asked.
"Oh? What is it?"
"It's a teleportation spell, I picked it up in the last town and have been practising it for the last few weeks, I've practically got it down. So wanna try?" She exclaimed excitedly gripping her staff with a determined smile.
"Are you sure that's such a good idea Uraraka? Last time you used your magic on someone they floated so high they passed out from the thin air before bakugo managed to get them down." Iida countered, placing a pile of sticks he'd collected near the fire.
Uraraka nodded with a hum. "Every time I do it to rocks they always come back fine."
"Yes but those are rocks, Izuku is a human being," Todoroki said, coming out of his tent.
"Come on! Please! Nothing will happen, promise!" The brunette pleaded, hugging her staff and giving the three boys the biggest puppy eyes she could muster.
"Alright fine, but don't say I never do anything for you." Izuku huffed as he climbed down the rock and put his sword away. Uraraka just smiled sweetly.
While walking to a more open area, Midoriya was confronted by his newly pronounced boyfriends.
Yes, you heard right, boyfriends. Over the months they had all been travelling together, Izuku, Shoto and Katsuki had grown so much closer, one thing leads to another and they found themselves announcing to their friends they were dating last week. They were so supportive, especially Kiri and Uraraka.
"Are you sure about this Izuku?" Shoto asked, wrapping his arm around his waist.
"Mhm, I trust Ura with my life."
"Maybe it's your life we should be worried about," Katsuki grumbled.
"Come on Kacchan, if you don't trust her then trust me."
"That's low Izu." Shoto chuckled.
Izuku just winked and stuck his tongue out slightly before jogging to join Uraraka in a large clearing.
"Ok, you ready?" She asked.
He nodded, standing on the other side of the clearing facing her.
"Ok." Uraraka started chanting in some strange witchy language, eyes closed to increase he'd concentration.
Everyone held their breaths as a small ball of light appeared at the end of her staff. Once she finished chanting Uraraka opened her eyes to a glowing pink dancing in her iris', and the ball of light was released.
Izuku balled up his fists and scrunched up his face, preparing for any kind of impact as the orb approached.
Katsuki unknowingly grabbed his boyfriend's hand, silently praying to any god willing to listen that his other boyfriend does not get blown to smithereens.
Barely a second later and the orb reached the greenette making both disappear in a flurry of pink sparkles.
"WHERE THE HELL IS HE?!" Bakugo yelled.
"Don't break my concentration!" The witch replied, moving slightly and releasing another orb of glitter only this time nothing happened when it disappeared.
"What the hell witch bitch! Where's Deku!?"
"I-I don't know, this has never happened before!" Uraraka exclaimed. Worry etched on her face the brunette began waving and smacking her staff in a desperate attempt to get her friend back.
Pink bubbles flew in every direction, the bystanders swerved and jumped out of their way, not wanting to meet the same fate as the greenette.
Suddenly, a particularly big orb formed at the end of the witches staff and shot high in the sky, it climbed higher, and higher until it too popped and a speck was the only thing remaining.
Kirishima instantly knew what it was, his sharp dragon hearing picking up on the greenettes screams as he fell even from such a far distance.
"Bakubro!!" He called and immediately began shifting, not caring less that his clothes ended up a pile of shredded cloth around him.
Bakugo cursed and immediately jumped on the red dragons back, without hesitation the two-shot straight into the air, faster than a comet.
Faster and faster, the two rode higher, desperate to reach Izuku as soon as possible.
Once level with him, Kiri circled back around and began falling at the same speed. At this point, the greenette had passed out from the shock which only concerned Katsuki more.
The blond jumped from the red dragon and carefully enclosed his arms around Izuku, relishing the fact that his boyfriend was once again in his arms.
Katsuki turned back to the dragon reached for one of the spikes on the back of his neck. Once again sat on the dragons back, the barbarian clutched Izuku tightly, wanting to never let go of him again.
Eventually, they reached the ground where Shoto breathed a sigh of relief at Katsuki holding their boyfriend like he was made of glass. Izuku looked calm like he hadn't nearly fallen to his death, merely looking as tho he was enjoying a dream, but somehow that treasured the two-toned male, bringing a relived smile to his lips.
Shoto ran up to his boyfriends once they had touched the ground. He pulled them both into a bone-crushing hug, never wanting to part from either again.
A few seconds later, Uraraka walked up to them the look of regret clear on her face.
"I'm so, so sorry, I never wanted to put Deku in danger." she apologised.
Before Katsuki could chew her out shoto spoke up fist. "We know, just maybe give is a little space for now and don't use magic that you're not fully confidant with near us for a while." he said, a sombre smile on his face.
The witch nodded slightly, looked to Izuku in a silent apology, and left.
"why'd you let her off easy?" Katsuki grumbled.
"Because Izu wouldn't like it if we were angry at his friend over an accident."
Katsuki only pouted, a rare thing only for Izu and Sho, and the two began to walk back to the camp with the greenette safe in their arms.
Izuku cuddled up to Katsuki's warmth with a content smile unknowing to the ferocious flush blooming on the blond's cheeks. It took everything Shoto had to not giggle.
