CONNOR'S POV
"Troye, I can't stop thinking about her. I'm broken and she probably is too. I had to change my phone number and now I can't fucking reach her."
"Then redirect your attention to..." my best friend Troye holds up a cheeseburger, "...this cheeseburger." He tries to shove it in my face but I push it away.
"No I'm good," I say as I'm staring off into space. Troye shrugs and shoves the cheeseburger into his mouth. "I need to go back there."
"Where?"
"To fucking Adelaide!" I yell. Troye stares at me for a moment before speaking.
"Oh... guess what?"
"What now?"
"I have a friend who's currently living in Adelaide and I was planning on visiting him this upcoming week." He smiles at me. "Do you wanna come with?"
"Yeah duh!" I exclaim. "I'm gonna start packing right now." I get off of my bed and Troye watches me shuffle around my room grabbing the things I need.
"You like this chick a lot, don't you?" he questions smiling at me.
"Is it obvious?"
"Yes, very."
I pause searching for words, "She's not like any of the other girls. There's just something about her."
"Sounds interesting," Troye replies staring at my bedroom floor. "Sounds like something that you should chase after... are you fixed now?"
"Almost."
Troye informs me that we are leaving in 3 days which seems like a thousand years. When we finally get on the plane, I'm so excited that I could die. But then I wouldn't get to see Sophie so I had better stay alive.
"I can't wait to see Tyler! I can't wait to see Tyler!" Troye chants as we are leaving the Adelaide airport.
I stare at him. "Who?"
"Tyler, Tyler Oakley," he stops staring at me back.
"Oh, right... sorry I'm just a little distracted by-"
"Connor and Sophie sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G!!!" Troye interrupts me. I smile shaking my head at him.
"You're too weird."
"Thank you sir."
