AUTHOR'S POV -

Drishti and Hardik did not try contacting each other for about a week, Drishti was at her house and Hardik was busy with the practices.

Nalini finally was done with the stubbornness of the two of them and went to Hardik.

"Harry beta." she said.

"Yes maa" Hardik said.

"Did you talk to Dishi?" she asked.

"What? No" Hardik said.

"Dont you think that you should sort things out with her?" she asked.

" Why should I sort things out? She started the fight." Hardik stubbornly said.

"Because you are my good kid and you always do what I tell." she said.

"But I did not do anything, she was acting all angry so even I became angry." Hardik said knowing that he was also in a bad mood that day.

"When did I say you did something?" she asked

"Then why should I call?" Hardik asked.

"Because you are more responsible and smart than her right?" she asked.

"That toh I am." Hardik proudly said.

"Then call." she said.

"I dont have her number." he said.

"You both are impossible." she sighed and went to get her phone.

Meanwhile in Drishti's house,

"Dishi." her mom called.

"Yes mumma." Drishti said.

"Did you talk to Hardik?" her mom asked.

"Nope and I am not going to talk either." Drishti stubbornly said.

"Dishi you will talk." her mom said.

"Why mumma? You dont want me to live here?" Drishti asked.

"You think too much, when did I tell you that I dont want you to live here? This is your house and will remain your house forever. But I want you to talk things out with him atleast." her mom said.

"But he is very rude whenever I talk to him." Drishti complained.

"Its okay you can be sweet right?" her mom asked.

"Mumma you know me, mein saamne wale ke tone mein hi jawab deti hoon aur jo mind mein pehle aaye bol deti hoon." Drishti said.

"I know that Dishi, acha fine you start the conversation politely then even he will talk politely." her mom said.

"Pakka?" Drishti asked.

"Pakka." her mom said.

"But wait, why should I start the conversation?" Drishti asked.

"Because you are a good girl." her mom said.

"I am not getting into the good girl trap." Drishti said.

"Because you are more mature than him." her mom gave another try.

"Ya thats there, I am 10 years younger than him but I am more smarter and mature for sure." Drishti said and took her phone.

"Wait what is his number?" she asked.

"God you both have not even exchanged numbers wait." her mom said and went to get her phone.

The two of them called each other and the lines came busy since they were calling each other.

"Maa irs coming busy." Hardik said.
