CHAPTER TEN

HARDIK'S POV - 

I reach Wankhede and luckily there is no media outside so I make a smooth entry into the stadium. I enter the ground and see everyone already warming up and Rahul notices me. 

"Guys Harry is here." he screamed and all look towards me. 

"Harry?" they asked and I went towards them. 

"What happened?" Mahi bhai asked coming to the point. 

"Minal ran away from the wedding saying that she has gotten an acting offer from Karan." I said knowing that beating around the bush wont help with these people. 

"Karan, that bastard. Why is he behind you? I am not going to spare him." Virat asked angrily. 

"Cheeku calm down." Mahi bhai said and I continued. 

"She ran away, I loved her, I would have let her continue with the offer even after we got married but she left, it was her choice, she is a b*tch. She was using me all this while." I said. 

"I never thought that Minal could do this, she seemed genuinely in love with you." Rohit said. 

"She was not. She left a letter and ran, she used me, it was so evident. Everyone, he parents, maa, papa, bhai and bhabhi, everyone was shocked by it. Bhai said that this could effect my image again after the Koffee incident because people would blame my character even though I was not at fault and Minal can backfire by passing statements against me." I said whatever bhai said that night. 

"Krunal is right, since Karan offered her a film she could do that and if it got worse it could affect your career." Mahi bhai said. 

"Can you come to the point and tell who you actually married in the end." Rahul said. 

"If I told that directly you guys would make me tell all this separately. And seriously? Thats all you are bothered about?" I asked. 

"Even I want to know tell." Yuzi said and I made a face. 

"Maa said that the only way to avoid all this is marry her younger sister and Minal's dad persuaded her for that. I had to marry Drishti." I said. 

"That does sound like a way out but its like not a way out." Virat said in a confused manner.

"How old is her younger sister?" Rahul asked me. 

"18 " I said. 

"Are you serious?" Jassi exclaimed. 

"Wait, Drishti, naam toh suna hai. Wait! What the hell? Is it that Drishti?" Rahul asked and I nodded.

"Wah! You married her!" he said and started laughing. 

"I was forced to marry her." I corrected him. 

"Why is he laughing like a monkey?" Virat asked. 

"You know we met - this girl in Dubai and she busted Hardik so bad." Rahul said while laughing. 

"She did not bust me, I busted her." I said. 

"You were just taking a revenge, but you know she was right." Rahul said while laughing, 

"I hate her." I said grumpily. 

"Can you tell why?" Mahi bhai asked. 

"Wait I will tell, I will tell what happened in Dubai." Rahul jumped. 

"Tu hi bata de." Rohit said. 

"Ya so in Dubai when we went for the series, remember BCCI asked both of us to go to this school as a guest. So there this mahan admi bumped into a girl, who is his dear wife now, Drishti. She said sorry and Harry asked her about where the wash rooms are. She asked him whether he was a visitor and asked for the visitor's ID which he had honorably not given a damn about. She did not know that he is the Hardik Pandya and threatened him to take her to the security. Luckily I came like a god sent savior and showed the ID and then she spared him and left this persons ego hurt because how could she not know the Hardik Pandya? Then we came to know that she was the head girl of that school and she was shocked to see that we were the chief guests. In the end to take his badla Harry went to talk to the principal, I tried avoiding it and asked the principal about the organisation of the event and he called our dear Bhabhi ji and her friend and told that they organised the event. To take his revenge Harry insulted the organization which  was genuinely amazing." Rahul said all this in one go.
