CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

TWO DAYS LATER - 

DRISHTI'S POV - 

Today is mumma and daddy's anniversary and I have planned a surprise party for them, I am so excited, I hope they like the surprise. Usually I just gift something I made on my own to them but this is their 20th anniversary so it has to be special.

"Happy anniversary mumma and daddy." I screamed as I went down and hugged them.

"Thank you bacha" mumma and daddy said.

"What gift do you have for us this time?" daddy asked. 

"Sorry I forgot about it." I lied. 

"Its okay happens." mumma said. 

"Yes you are the biggest gift for us." daddy said. 

"What about me?" Ani asked. 

"Jealous kid." I murmured. 

"You are the best gift god has given us." Mumma said. 

"Sorry even I forgot your gift this year." Ani lied and looked at me. She is with me in this plan. 

"Agar meri Minu hoti na then she would have showered her chachu and chachi with gifts." badi ma taunted.

"Tumhari Minu hain kaha toh fir? " bade papa asked. 

"Where ever she might be, she will be happy. Why should we spoil the special day? Come on lets have breakfast." I said to avoid aggravating the matter, I really do not know why but badi maa is acting a little weird these days, maybe she is just missing di. Di has been a touchy topic since the past few days.

After the breakfast, I went to Ani and Anu. 

"You guys know the plan right?" I asked. 

"Yes di." Ani said.

"Okay so go then I need to make the arrangements." I said. 

"Aye aye captain." the to of them said and left. 

I then called Dhruv and Riya on conference call. 

"Hello!" I screamed. 

"Aaah my ears." Dhruv said.

"Okay cut the drama and come home with everything we bought." I said. 

"Ya ya we are on the way only." Riya said. 

The past few days we had gone shopping to buy things for their anniversary but I kept it at their houses so it remains a surprise.

IN THE EVENING - 

HARDIK'S POV - 

"Harry are you ready?" bhabhz asked.

"For what?" I asked her, I just came from practice an hour ago. Where do we have to go now?

"Bhool gaya? You only told that Dishi invited us for her parent's anniversary party." bhabhz said.

"Oh ya I completely forgot about it." I said. 

"You might have not even bought a gift?" she asked. 

"No I forgot." I said.

"I knew it, you go get ready, I have bought a gift." she said. 

"You are the best bhabhz." I said. 

"I know now go get ready, you will take a good amount of time to get ready." she said and I frowned. 

"Now stop frowning and go." she said and I went to get ready. 

In some time we all left for her house, for the party. I really do not know how I am going to talk to her, because she always manages to get on my nerves and dance on them.
