The three told stories throughout the night, not minding that the other monsters were listening along and commenting on them as well.
Even though Gaster didn't really have much for heroic stories he had a few funny ones such as a lab assistant had thought he made a cactus come to life that attacked people. Really it was just a breed known as the jumping cactus that has thin needles that stuck out further than you can see.
Said lab assistant happened to be there and left in embarrassment later on.
"Man it's getting late- who knows what we'll be doing tomorrow." Arial yawned, pulling out some gold for her bill.
"It's not that late." Harrington disagreed. "I think you're just running out of stories." He added in a teasing tone.
"Yeah yeah. You two keep having fun, you have a lot more to catch up on anyway." Arial got up out of the chair and stretched. "Just try not to have too much fun" she added with a wink before heading to the door.
Harrington watched her leave, a sigh slipping away as he turned away after the door closed.
"Huh." Gaster hummed out, a brow raised in question.
"What?" Harrington spoke, sounding a bit defensive.
"Nothing nothing." Gaster chuckled, a smirk forming on his face. Though he seemed to be avoiding eye contact for a moment.
"G that doesn't sound like nothing." Harrington crossed his arms, his tone sounding concerned.
"I swear it's nothing. Let's listen to what she said. We have more catching up to do." Gaster smiled, sipping a bit of soda he got earlier in the night.
"You sure?"
"I'm as sure as I am Royal Scientist."

*The next day.
"Gaster do you think you can come with Arial and I? It's just a small trip around to help convince people it's safe enough to move around outside of Home." Harrington's voice sounded over the phone.
Gaster pressed the device against his shoulder, struggling to keep his stack of boxes he was carrying balanced.
"You sure? Arial left early last night so there wasn't as much catching up with her and frankly I know enough about my sister." Gaster spoke, setting the box on the desired counter with a triumphant "Ha!"
"Come on it'd be weird with just the two of us.." Harrington pleaded.
Gaster's victorious tone switched with a sigh. "Why would it be weird?"
"Because it's a system of checks and balances?" He tried.
"Get your butt over here WingDings." Arial shouted over the phone, making Gaster cringe internally.
"Fine fine I'm comi- nonoNoNONO-" He shouted as the boxes fell over, a small cat sitting innocently on the counter.
As Arial and Harrington hung up there was a loud screech by the animal as if it had been thrown.
No sound of impact though so at least it sounded like it was thrown onto a bed or couch.
"Huh." Arial hummed in confusion as she looked at the phone. "Looks like he might be a second." She shrugged.

The three were once again walking through the snow, silence surrounded them that seemed to mask the crunching snow and the clanking armor that Asgore made them wear if they were going out.
