RENZO hold his chest in a instant. Anong nangyayari sa kanya. Why is he suddenly feeling unwell. Sumisikip ang dibdib nya na para bang may pumipiga ng puso nya… literally!
Kaagad syang tumayo at lumabas ng opisina saka iika-ikang naglakad sa may pasilyo ng hospital. He's a general surgeon and he's good at surgery. Mahusay sya sa pagpapagaling ng iba pero ngayong may nangyayari sa loob ng katawan niya ay walang syang magawa.
"H—Help!" Pagtawag niya ng tulong ng mapansing may dumaan. He's too weak and getting even weaker every minute. His field become awry as his knees give up. Bumagsak siya sa lupa ngunit may sumalo sa kanya.

"Na—nasaan ako?" His voice was stiffed. Medyo maluwag naman na ang dibdib nya. He can breath well now. Ano bang nangyari sa kanya and he ended up in that position.
Sinubukan niyang tumayo at pinakiramdaman ang sarili. He was about to take the IV off him when someone entered his room
"You're not yet fine" he knows his voice
"Yeah. But I have a job here. hindi ako pwedeng mawala" pagtatanggal nya sa dextrose niya. Tuluyan siyang nakatayo but he is still finding balance. Pero alam nyang nothing will happen if he stayed in that situation.
Hinawakan nito ang dalawa niyang braso stopping him from moving then pinaupo siya nito sa higaan. "The doctor said you're not fine"
"I know but—
He was cut
"No you don't kasi kung alam mo hindi ka magpupumilit na umalis dito. Tingnan mo tinanggal mo pa ang dextrose mo you dimwit" now he's raising his voice over him. Gusto nyang maasar but instead he chuckled softly
While the russian doctor just shrugs
"What happened to me doc?" Pag-uusisa niya
Tinignan siya nito sa mata at saka ngumiti. Damn he's dying seeing him smile like that even though alam nyang fake ang smile na yun. He felt like he had the Nobel Prize Award at that blissful moment.
"You had a cardiac arrest" sagot nito habang inaayos ang IV na tinanggal niya. Nababakas sa mukha nito ang pagkaasar dahil hindi mahanap ang ugat niya
"Hahaha! That's not how you put an IV back" inagaw niya mula sa kanya ang karayom
He clenched his fist revealing his veins
"Now you see that. Gently insert it" he gently insert it.
"Here's the tape" pag-aabot naman nito
Hindi nya maiwasang mangiti dahil sa presensyang ng Rusong iyon. He saved him from a heart attack pero patuloy naman nitong inaatake ang puso nya. Paulit ulit na pinangangamba at pilit na binabaliw.
"You used my words against me" he bitterly uttered starting a conversation
"I see nothing's wrong with that."
"Thanks for saving me"
"You saved me before. Now we're even doc. Please listen to me. Avoid fatty and oily foods. It is not good for your heart" he lookee at him eye to eye.
"Sabi mo eh. Russian Cardiologist Rovi" nanlaki ang mata nito dahil sa kanyang sinabi.
"H—how did you know?!" Gulat nitong tanong
"I have magic" pagpapatawa niya
"Magic my ass. Hmmm" Rovi walks toward the door. At that moment he tried to stop him. Pakiramdam nya kasi mawawala ang magic pill nya. A magic pill that makes him feel alright and crazy at the same time.

ROVI was rushing to the ICU to check her. Balita nya kasi ay nailipat na sya days before. It was his chance to take a glimpse on her and check her health. But napahinto sya ng mapansin si Renzo.
He was in a pity situation at nababakas niya mula rito ang hirap na nararamdaman. It's holding its chest crumbling in pain. "Tu—tulong" sabi nito bago tuluyang mawalan ng malay.
Hindi niya alam ang nangyayari sa doctor na iyon but alam nya na may mali. He stays clam and immediately checks his pulse.
To his surprise his hypothesis was right. Nagkakaroon ng heart attack ito and his pulse is getting weak.
Maya -maya pa ay tumigil na ito sa paghinga
Damn! He want to panic but he's a doctor alam nya ang dapat niyang gawin.
He had no other choice but to perform a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
Kaagad niyang ipinosisyon ito at saka pinump ang chest nito. Every minute is important because he might lose him. He can't let that happen.
Matapos niyo ay itinult niya ang ulo nito tinakpan ang ilong at inilapat ang labi niya sa labi nito sabay buga ng hangin. Damn he's uncomfortable doing it but he needs it to save life
He blows once more but he accidentally slipped his tongue towards renzo's mouth. At that moment he felt different. A charge of electric waves travels to his body.
He taste his tongue and damn! He felt different. It was so good!
Renzo exhaled signalling that he's alright now. Doon na lamang bumalik sa consciousness ang Ruso at dali daling tumawag ng nurse.
They gave him aid and placed him in a room to rest. He was saved but it seems like this doctor has something to deal with.
