ROVI unconsciously stand in that spot in the rooftop. The same spot where he first saw the surgeon who drive him nuts. But now he gazes there like a can of sadness.

How does he become that ignorant for tim to not notice the illness he has been keeping for a very long time?

He is right. Mas masaya nga siguro si Renzo kung di na siya dumating sa buhay nito. But he's been just following his heart and he can't rebel against it. There's something in him that makes every edge and every corners in his body protest against his highly logical mind.
He can't handle the pain anymore. Iniayos niya ang kanyang braso at matiim na minasdan ang kanyang pulso. Can this be the answer to all the problems he have? By cutting that vessel, all his pain will disappear with him and all the toubles he caused hopefull might do the same.
