ROVI restlessly lean on his swivel chair. It's been a week since his brother give him notice na bibisitahin sya nito. Isang linggo na rin when he started courting Renzo and he's afraid that things go out of place pagdating ng Kuya niya. Ngayon pa nga lang ay hirap na hirap na sya sa pag analisa ng nararamdaman niya
"So you're seriously hitting on Dr. Lee?!" Iskandalosong untag ni Amara
Kaagad naman siyang napatayo upang takpan ang bunganga nito
"Oo, please lower your voice" pabulong nitong banta sa kanya
"What the fuck Rovi? Pero parehas kayong lalaki"
"I know"
"Ito na nga ba ang sinasabi ko"Amara hisses as she shrug her head
"But you know, love is very mysterious"
"So it's love now?" Her eye brow raises
"Yeah. I think I love him" nakayukong tugon ni Rovi
"Paano na si Max?" Natigilan siya ng marinig iyon at dahan dahang naupo
"I don't know" he sighed deeply
" Akala ko biruan nyo lang ni Kristan yung naging bottom ka or something but it's actually a real thing! Unbelievable!"
Bahagya natawa pero puno pa rin ng pagkalito ang utak ni Rovi
"Hayst, i really don't know what to do. I love her but now, I think I love him too. Is there a possibility na magmahal ng dalawang tao ng sabay?" His eyes were full of curiosity
"Meron naman. But that's the kind of love that hurts a lot…" hinawakan nito ang kamay niya
"… Basta lagi mong tatandaan Rovi, you can't operate properly if you hold two scalpels at a time. You need to let go one of them"
"I know" mahina niyang sagot bago putulin ang kanilang usapan ng isang tawag mula sa kanyang telepono
Kaagad siyang lumabas sa opisina ni Amara upang sagutin iyon
"Hey lil Lucifer!" Awtomatikong nalukot ang mukha nya ng marinig iyon
"Oh nasan ka na?" He annoyingly answered
"At the cafeteria. I'll wait you her— oh shit!" The call ended right there
Kaagad namuo ang kaba sa puso ni Rovi at dali-daling tumakbo patungo sa Cafeteria
Oh damn! This is not good. His brother is picking a fight again
RENZO's day was always sweet and complete. Halod araw araw siyang hatid sundo ni Rovi and they always eat at the same time. But his most favorite part of the day is everytime he visit him to his office after his surgery.
"Can I have a box of these beautiful donuts and 2 strawberry milk tea please?"
He ordered. It's his turn to give back on Rovi and conplete his day in return

Kaagad siyang napaisip. Hindi pwede name nilang dalawa ang isulat niya dahil siguradong malaking chismis yun.
But what nickname could they use? Eh halos wala naman silang nickname. They often call each other professionally.

"And R.B. with a heart too" the cafeteria staff curiously looks at him

He smirked
"Awe, mas swerte ang girlfriend mo doc. He had such a sweet boyfriend like you. Matalino at magaling na, napakasweet at clingy pa. Kung di lang akp masisira sayo tatabangan ko timpla nito e"
"Ayos lang na tabangan mo. My sweetness should do the magic" he smiled sweetly making the staffs blush in so much sweetness
Hindi niya alam but being that sweet gives him a good feeling. Good thing Rovi teaches him that weird thing called love
Buong buo ang ngiti sa mukha ni Renzo when he have that food packs in his hand. He will surely surprise his cardiologist with that treat. Wala pa man ay kinikilig na sya.
Who knows they can do something new with those sweet treats
"Oh shit! Giovnuk!" Says a guy in Khaki trenchcoat. It's hair is blonde and its eyes is violet too just like his cardiologist
"I—i'm sorry" sabi niya matapos mapagtanto ang nagawa niyang pagkakamali. Nabuhusan lang naman niya ng pink Strawberry milk tea ang lalaki
"Anong sorry?! Do you know how much this suit is?!" He started to raise his voice against him and he doesn't like that
"That suit? Probably a cent compared to my net worth" he smirked as he take his check book out
"Name your price" he glared back
"Unbelievable! It's 77 thousand"
"Pesos? Yun lang pala e" akmang susulat na sya sa kanyang checkbook when the guy replied
"Euros, Mu'dak! 77 thousand Euros" halos mapamura siya ng marinig iyon that's almost a quarter of a million! And it was all spent on a coat!
"Ano? You don't have the money huh? Better get lost!" Pang iinsulto nito
"No, There you go Mister. I hope you have a nice day" he proudly give him check before before attempting to flee
But the guys stops him by firmly holding his shoulder.
"Stop. We're not done yet" untag nito
"What? What more do you want?!" This time he raises his voice over him
Akmang sasagot na ito when Rovi arrived
"H—hey stop. Kuya!" Natulala siya ng marinig iyon
"Kuya?!" That explains why they have the same lovely eyes
"Sorry doc, My brother is a little brat and he likes to pick up fight." Rovi apologise
"No it's okay, but fix his manners."
"Ako pa ang kailangang mag ayos ng manners?! Maangas ka ha?! You wanna piece of me! Eto mnye do huya!"
Sasagot pa sana siya ng isang malakas na suntok ang tumama sa kanya
