" Lauren's Point Of View "

I've just woken sunlight hitting right on my eyes. I slowly sat up and realized that i'm on a chair. I fucking slept on a chair all night long!!! Can you believe it?? My back is literally killing me. Also, I've massive headache. Why god!! What's happening?

Then, i discovered that i'm in my office. Why? I've almost finished the pending project. I also don't remember staying on here. Why i would though? I have a beautiful wife waiting for me at our house.

Shit, Camz!!! I quickly searched for my phone. I'm pretty sure i kept my phone on the desk. I always keep there. But, i found my phone on couch. May be i kept there and forgot.

Laurennnnn!!!!!! Concentrate. You can think all of this later. First call your wife, dumbhead.

I unlocked my phone and dialed Camz's number. Wait-- why It's unreachable. I called her at least 10 times. Then, i realized the time. It's 9:30am in the morning. May be Camila is in her class. That's why her phone is unreachable. I face palmed myself and sent Camila a voicemail, telling her to call me after she is free.

I look at my appearance. Well, i look like shit. Office time is starting from 10 am.

An half hour from now. There is no need to go to house. Camila isn't at home. What's the point of going there?

I have so much work to do. I have to take shower, have breakfast and take pain killers. So, i decides to do everything in the office.

I feel relaxed after taking a shower.

Few moments later i heard a knock on my door.

"Yes, come in " i said.

I saw my new secretary is standing there. Her nam is lucy. She is eyeing my suspiciously. She seems like in a deep thought. I cleared my throat. Then, she looked at me.

I gave Lucy some task and practically shooo-ed from my office. Well, the thing is, um.... I don't like her as a secretary. She is weird. She always absent minded. Jesus knows what's always inside her head. Also, she always compliment me. Lucy never misses a chance.

But, the problem is, i don't know if Lucy is being nice or she is trying to flart with me. Or, it could be just, she is being sincere. May be she thinks, I'll be happy with her work and hire her a permanent worker.

If she thinks that way she is totally wrong. I also, don't like her attitude. I just need Ally back. I'm just waiting for Ally to come back and tell Lucy to go back. I can't fire Lucy at this point just beacuse we have a incomplete project and Allay is returning within two days. May this two days passes quickly.

I opened my laptop and started managing some file. I did some research how would our company could do much better. Lucy came again to show me the paper work she has done.

Meanwhile, i thought a thunder came on my office. Dinah came out of nowhere. She practically crashed my office door by the way she swinged it.

I looked Dinah and she is shriving. I can see anger. Yes, fully anger in her eyes.

I look back to lucy. "Can you excuse us for a moment? Don't come here unless i call you. Understand?", i exclaimed her. Lucy nooded and left my office.

As soon as Lucy's feet left my office, Dinah came closer to me at the blink of an eye and hold my collar lifting my up from my sit. Before, i can speak anything, Dinah's fist collided with my right arm. Well, she was aiming for my face. I ducked at the exact moment. So, it landed on my forearm. But, it didn't work. Next thing i know i was yelping in pain.
