Following the directions the girl on the horse had given Dale, after a short ride. We arrived at the farm. We drove past a mailbox with the name "Greene" written on it. As we continued up the small hill I noticed a decent size farm house. It was cute, I always wanted to live on a farm growing up. I pulled Thea onto my lap, gently, preparing to carry her unconscious body to the farm house. An older looking man stood on the porch with an older looking woman close by. The RV came to a halt and I quickly began to exit the RV in hopes of getting my Thea help.

Danielle: help! Please!!

The rest of the caravan rolled up behind us, except Daryl and Carol of course. I walked toward the farm house, with Thea tight in my arms. I was beginning to panic, what if we were too late? The older man walked down the front steps and met with me.

Old man: I'm Herschel, what seems to be the problem here?

I nodded my head.

Danielle: Danielle... My daughter Thea... She... She fell down a hill being chased by a walker... She's been unconscious for at least an hour.

He gave me a confused look but motioned for me to follow him in the house. I heard lori's faint cries, as I walked in the door, coming from a room nearby. Was Carl dead?

Herschel: Patricia, could you get a warm rag for me please.

The older woman walked the other direction, Patricia. Herschel led me into a bedroom and motioned for me to lay Thea down on the bed. In the bedroom across the hallway, Lori and Rick were sitting there with an unconscious Carl, Carl however, looked different than Thea. Carl was pale and ghost-like.

Herschel: so this little one.. Fell down a hill?

I nodded my head. And tucked a strand of hair behind Thea's ear.

Danielle: we don't know how hard she fell, we went to look for her and Sophia and found her lying at the bottom of a steep hill.

Herschel looked at me confused and then began to inspect her body, I was a bit uncomfortable with a strange man touching my daughter. He continued to move her arms I guess checking for broken bones and lightly pressing on her stomach.

Herschel: who is this "we"? And who is Sophia?

I forgot This guy didn't even know me, or t-dog, or Daryl or anyone. He was obviously aware that we were in the same group with Rick and Lori.

Danielle: our group lost two little girls after walkers chased them away from camp--

Herschel looked me almost like I was crazy, maybe he didn't know what the term walker meant.

Herschel: so you have another daughter?

Ohhh i thought to myself. I looked at Thea, her chest moved up and down slowly.

Danielle: no there's another woman, Carol. Her daughter went missing too. Carol is still on the highway tho, waiting for her to hopefully return. We couldn't find her but Carl was shot and Thea was unconscious so Daryl offered to stay with her while we came her.

I quickly realized I was babbling like an idiot. Herschel didn't crack a smile at all tho.

Herschel: Rick and Lori have a little boy, Another woman, Carol? has a little girl, you have a little girl. Who is Daryl?

I looked at the ground and then at Thea. Daryl must always make my life complicated.

Danielle: Daryl is Thea's father..

Herschel nodded his head, he seemed really uninterested in this conversation. He was mainly just making sure Thea was ok, and asked me stuff just to keep me talking, is what it felt like.
