The Perfect Summer Can't Last Forever

Chapter 11

Rose's POV.

"What's his name what does he look like? Tell me everything. Is he older or younger than you? " I laughed at her and explained everything. I left out the part about his wife and daughter because if I didn't I would have gotten a lot of hate from her.

It was about six o'clock when we got back to the barn. I helped her untack and I put my horses away in their stalls and fed them. They were more than happy to eat. Then I asked if  Bree wanted to stay for dinner and maybe sleepover.

She was super excited about the whole eating at my house thing. She loves my mom's home made meals. (Yes my mom cooks a lot.) My mom is the best cook ever.

I walked into the kitchen with Bree and was overwhelmed with the smell of something in the crock pot.

"Hi honey." My mother hugged the both of us.

"Hi mom. What's  for dinner it smells amazing!"

"Just some pork and potatoes. Dinner will be ready in about 15 minutes. Go upstairs and change."

"Ok can Bree stay the night I haven't seen her in forever." I said while I headed towards the stairs. She nodded and kissed me on the forehead.

Bree and I walked up the stairs. She took my bathroom and I took the hall bathroom. I went to change into something more comfy. Bree had left a ton of her clothes here in the guest room. It was like her second house. I walked into my room to find my friend on my bed with my laptop.

"What are you doing? "

"Trying to see if the hot new teacher has a picture on the school website. Unfortunately he doesn't. His name is Mr. Gallegos. Sounds hot."

"Your crazy. You can't  date a teacher love." I laughed slightly.

"HONEY DINNER IS READY!!" I heard from downstairs.

"COMING!"  I yelled back. Bree and I ran downstairs excited to eat my mom's  amazing cooking. We all sat down as one of our servents brought us the food. We all served our selves. One bite of the pork and I was in heaven. Everyone looked super satisfied with the meal she made tonight.

About an hour later we finished eating and we all cuddled up on the couch and watched a movie. I started to fall asleep. Then the darkness overtook me. I was having a lovely dream about loping on a horse when I was shaken awake.

"ROSE!"

I mumbled "what?"

"We have school tomorrow get to your room so you have a better nights rest."

I got up and slowly trudged up the million flights  of stairs. I got into bed and slept for what seemed like only 5 minutes. Then my alarm clock woke me up. I got up and jumped in the shower. I got ready and went downstairs. Bree and my mom were  already downstairs.

"Morning sleepy head." They simultaneously said.

" Morning guys." We had pancakes on the table and I ate them so fast. I grabbed my keys and my backpack and dragged Bree out with me before we were going to be late. I had a little bit of anxiety  about going back to school but I knew I was going to be fine.

I walked to my pink Lamborghini and hopped in. It took me about 6 minutes to drive there. I got there and was overwhelmed with people. Not talking to me but just there were sooo many people! I forgot how many people are at this school. It was super noisy outside and inside. Bree and I walked into the school.

"Everyone go to your advisement room first." I jumped because I wasn't expecting the announcement. I swear sometimes I feel like a horse where I spook at the stupidest things.

We went to our advisement class and got our schedual. Only four class this year thank god!

Period 1: Science

Advisement

Period:2 History

Lunch 1

Period 3: Math

Period 4: PE

Thankfully PE was the last class of the day. The day went by pretty quickly and before I knew it I was done with math. I was the first one out of class and the first one in PE... I was going to go introduce myself to my teacher and tell him not to treat me any differently than every student. I go to his office and knock. You would not believe who answered the door. I freaked out.

"ALEX WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!?!" I practically yelled.

"Shhhhhh." He said slowly leaning in closer. "Man am I glad your here! I have been hit on all day and I just missed you so much" he kissed me softly.

"You never answered my question. What are you doing here?"

"Rose I'm  your PE teacher...." I was shocked.
