Zan managed to drive home with blurry eyes, in fact it was so bad that he crushed his car head on when he tried to park his car at home. The crushed was quite loud and everyone came running out to have a look. All the servants , his parents and grandma was shocked,

However, they saw Zan came out of the car unharmed but his face look so dejected that he is not even talking to anyone at all, His mind is just looking for his way to reach his room and lock himself up. Grandma came and notices that Zan looks abnormal, He tries to give Zan a hug and this cause Zan to completely break down and cries and wail on her shoulder.

They walked into his room and grandma signal them to leave Zan and her alone.

"Zan, are you ok" Grandma asks

"I don't know" Zan reply

"Do you want to tell me why" Grandma asks

"NO" Zan just cries louder and louder.

"Shhhhh...my Zan baby is in so much pain" Grandma stokes and strokes Zan's back. She wouldn't ask if Zan doesn't want to tell because she knew Zan will tell her if he wants to. Now, she just want to give Zan a safe place to cry and knowing that someone is always to support him.

"Zan, I will always support you whatever you are doing. I don't know your pain and the reason for it but when you are ready to tell, grandma is here. Ok"

Zan stops and looks at grandma with his blurry eyes and nod.

"Grandma, I am ok now, I am flying tomorrow, I will do some packing now" Zan told grandma.

"Mn" Grandma gives another hug and walks towards the door but she turns back again and told Zan

"I am always here, you know I will always respect and support your decision and choice if it is good for you, Zan my boy" Grandma smile.

The reassuring smile from grandma really calms Zhan's heart.

At the airport, Zan bide goodbye to his family and before he went abroad, he sends his last text to Yebo which only contain not too many words

"Love yourself, you are important to me"

Then he switch off the mobile and took out the SM card and sat in the plane with his painful heart and closes his eyes as China becomes smaller and smaller in his eyes.

Since arriving in Harvard, Zan couldn't concentrate at his study at first, because every night in his own room, he only remembered Yebo's tears and begging him not to go. His began to skip meals and eats lesser and lesser. He looks like a Zombie in class. He doesn't have friends at all and couldn't be bothered to make them.

However, Chris Wu and Luhan were the only two that always sit near him in all lectures because they were also attending the same course as him. Worst of all, that annoying girl Zoey somehow also enrol in the same University. Although, she is of different course but she constantly came and looks for Zan. Zan has always avoid her but she has the audacity to announce and hints to everyone that Zan will be marrying her so that all the others will hands off Zan.

Zan as usual has quickly becomes popular because of his dashing looks and his academic results. Zan has totally devoted himself to study because all he wants is to go back to China, back to Yebo where his heart is. Worst of all, he cannot contact Yebo as he has to follow the ethics which is also in his mind good for Yebo to make his own decision. However, leaving Yebo has also given Zan lots of fear because he knows that Yebo is extremely good looking and he will have lots and lots of girls falling under his feet. Will Yebo falls in love with a girl. Will Yebo accepts and loves him as he loves Yebo?. Too many confusion and fear carry his days in the University. So, Zan actually didn't have a peaceful mind at all in Harvard

Although, he had two good friends now, Chris and Luhan, they were constantly trying to protect Zan from all the crazy boys and girls looming over him.

"Zan, maybe having Zoey beside you will save you from all those lunatics" Chris told Zan

"I don't like her" Zan told them

"You don't have to like anyone and make it clear to her though that you don't like her, ok" Luhan told Zan

So, Zan often tells Zoey that he has no feelings for her. Zoey reply is always

"You will fall in love with me one day, after all who can resist me, I am beautiful and rich" Zoey told Zan.

In fact, Zan annoyance with her has increased by the days but he has brought up well-mannered and he just leaves her as she is as long as he keeps telling her that he has no feelings for her.

Zan has lost a lot of weight in his days in Harvard. Food has becomes a necessities than for enjoyment. This is so different when he was in Beijing. Also, during school break, Zan choose to stay in the States to do extra course because he wants to finish his study as soon as possible so that he can return to Beijing. He left his heart in Beijing and actually he left it in Yebo.

If anyone looks at Zan, he is far from the nineteen years old they have seen him in China. His eyes has becomes bigger, his cheek has hollowed in and his cheek bones are more obvious now. Some would says that he had mature and becomes more handsome. The true fact is Zan is in pain and despair. His days are difficult and every morning and night he would look at the little birthday card that Yebo has given him. It became so precious to Zan that he put it in a little plastic covering and keep in his wallet. This little card ends up as his strength, giving him energy when he finds that he has none.

After struggling for two and half years In Harvard. Zan finally finished his study in the States. He is so looking forward to go home. His last days with his friends Luhan and Chris

"Zan, congratulations, the only one in Harvard to cut the course work by half a year, man.. you worked hard" Chris told Zan when they were giving him a farewell dinner

"I wonder what is your motivation?" Luhan asks Zan

Tears were flowing down Zan eyes and his friends knew that Zan had suffered lots in his Uni days because Zan never smile or ever had a hearty laugh.

"Someone that I miss a lot, I hope that someone is...I ..don't..know...how to..put it" Zan just tears and shakes his head.

"Zan, you mean that someone doesn't know that you love her (Assumption here)" Chris asks.

Finally, Zan told them.

"It is a he and he is very young, four years younger than me. Yes, he doesn't know about my feelings" Zan told them.

His friends hug him tight and told him.

"You know Zan, go back and fight for your feelings. You have been missing YOU. Look at you, I think half of you has gone. You are so thin now. We will come and visit you after we finished our last semester. We will always support you, brother" Chris told Zan.

Zan was thankful for such great friends that always beside him during his hard days in Harvard.

Tomorrow, Zan is flying back to Beijing. His heart is throbbing up to his throat.
