y/n pov:
We all sat down in the lobby of the hotel while Thomas checked us all into our rooms.
"It's so beautiful here!" Charli made small talk while we waited.
"Right? I can't wait to go to the beach and get tan." I replied.
"Yeah right, bitch. You've never been tan in your entire life. Keep on dreaming, bubs." Ryland retorted and I flipped him off.
"Yeah, yeah. Fuck you." I sneered back.
"Calm down, kiddos." Thomas said, walking towards the 7 of us. "Alright, I've got room assignments."
"Assignments?" Dixie asked.
"Yep. Sorry, it's just easier this way." Thomas stated. "Anyway, we're all on floor 4. Room 401 is the D'Amelios. Room 402 is Ryland and I. Room 403 is Alex and Kouvr. Last and most certainly least, is y/n and Nick in 404."
"Sweet!" Charli and Dixie said, high-fiving.
"Yeah ready for a week with me, buddy?" I smiled at Nick, pointing at myself.
"You betcha, bebe." Nick winked at me and I felt my face heat up.
"Alright, squad." Thomas started. "Dinner is at 6, so we'll meet up then. Otherwise, y'all can just chill or do whatever. See you guys at 6."
We all tried to pack into the elevator which, with our suitcases, could only fit 4 of us. Thomas, Ryland, Nick and I all crammed into the elevator, heading up to the 4th floor.
The doors opened and Nick and I walked to our room.
"You have the key card?" I asked.
Nick nodded. "Yup, and I have an extra for you." He handed me the card and scanned his over the door. The door knob beeped and clicked open. We walked into the room and looked around.
"Sick, we have a balcony view of the pool and ocean." I laughed, opening the glass slider that lead onto the balcony. "The view is so beautiful." I gushed, taking in the ocean air.

an: btw, ik this isn't actually in the bahamas. it's a hotel that i stayed at in Calabria, Italy this summer but this is the hotel set up and view i was intending on :)
Nick joined me on the balcony. "It sure is." He replied.
I glanced over at him to see me looking at him rather than the ocean. I elbowed him in the arm and laughed. "You had your chance, Nick. It's not my fault that you blew it. Besides you have Amelie."
