Chapter 1 A new beginning

I hope some of my old readers from my nalu fan fiction (which is still ongoing)reads this.I came up with a reality story idea literally 20 minutes ago.The update for this story wont be daily but it will be when I have times since this whole lock-down thing is happening but I also am writing another story (that you should totally check out!)so keep that in mind!So yeah anyway enjoy the story!!!!!!

Shouko pov

I take a deep breath as I stand outside Shurui High school.The last time I stood outside a school was two months ago...two months ago from the terrible accident.I can do this the two months of mental health care was not going to go to waste.Shaking slightly I walked in the gates clutching my back pack.I could hear my heart beating and my vision blurry the whole word around me feeling drowned out as if I was underwater.Then I feel gentle hands on my shoulders, I jump and turn around to face a black haired boy with a wide kind smile.His hair is limp and overgrown scattering swiftly around his face and his eyes are green and shiny.He has creamy milk skin and high check bones.He stands there as if waiting for me to say something...but of course I didnt.

"You must be new here right my names Alex Sato and welcome to Shirui high!"he beams looking straight into my eyes.I dont know why but my heart starts to beat fast and my thoughts jumble I am confused and I dont know what to say.My face flushes with pink and I dont know anything else to do but run, I have been running my whole life and it got me nowhere...I doubt it will now.

Alex pov

I watched as the new girl ran away her short chestnut hair and blue checkered skirt flailing behind her.Was I scary, did I do something wrong.She was so beautiful I couldn't get her out of my mind.Her blue-grey eyes were dreamy and innocent and her sun tanned skin looked soft like the clouds.Oh well guess I am going to have to try to be a little less full on next time I think gently chuckling to myself.

"Oh Aleeeeeeeex kuuuuuun"a familiar and annoying voice sings.I turn to my left and see her, Amelia Yen.She is so annoying and such a bitch she is like a wart that wont come off.She walks towards me grinning, the rest of her little posy following close behind.

"What do you want Yen san?"I ask coldly.

She chuckles"No need to be cold Alex kun,"she grins.

I roll my eyes"You know I still have never given you permission to call me by my first name we arent that close,"I say not even looking into her eyes.

She laughs this time with a hint of irritance in her voice."I beg to differ,anyway who was that ugly little girl you were talking to a second ago?"she asks getting serious

Why would she care?Is she jealous?I chuckle at the thought.Maybe I can use this to rattle her feathers a bit this morning.

"New girl,"I say casually"And I wouldn't call her ugly, to me she looked quite beautiful."

I wear a satisfied grin as I watch Yen sans face fill with pure anger.

"Hmp,"she breaths angrily her face red.She turns and leaves and I burst into a fit of laughter.Mission accomplished. I am interrupted as the school bell rings and I am carried by a swarm of students to my lessons.I wonder if I will see that new girl again today.

Still Alex pov

I hate school.Currently we just started our first lesson and Yen san is reading making a mistake to be corrected by Sensei every two seconds.Great this is the perfect way to spend my Monday morning. Thats when I hear a knock on the door and turn to see a girl with short chestnut colored hair and overgrown bangs enter the classroom.The new girl!

"Ahh Sakura san thank you for joining us this morning did you get lost?"asks Sensei kindly.She doesnt say a word just bows and nods.

"The only seat available is the desk at the back next to Sato Kun so you may sit there,"

She nods again and sits down next to me placing her bag under her desk. Sensei asks me to get her a workbook from the cupboard so I do and she bows at me politely I smile back at her then return to my seat.

Then Yen san continues her awful reading.Apart from her being a complete idiot when it comes to academics the piece we are reading is written in old Japanese and even the top students struggle with some of the words.When Yen san finishes Sensei asks for more volunteers to read and no one offers...that is until Sakura san raises her hand.The whole class is in shock as they just stare at her dumbfounded.

"Such enthusiasm I love it,since you haven't been her the whole term please dont be disappointed if you find it a bit tricky just try your best!"beams Sensei.

The whole class waits in anticipation for her to read.She starts and when she opens her mouth her voice is clear and sweet.Every single word comes out of her mouth perfectly and the rest of the students just watch in awe.When she is done she is heavily praised by Sensei and then she sits down again silently.I am gobsmacked this girl is smart beautiful and so talented ,she so different from all the loud obnoxious girls in my class.
