"Danex"

"Hi." I smiled at her. How gullible she is smiling at me as if I didn't betrayed her. And I'm gonna do it again.

She crossed our distanced and hug me tight. Her hug feels so good that I almost forgot that I'm just letting her hug me for the sake of my mission. I closed my eyes trying to control my emotion. This is for my work. I hug her back.

"I missed you Danex." She stop hugging me and just stared at me while smiling. I wanted to cursed myself. How can she smile so genuinely to someone that betrayed her? Fuck!

"I'm sorry." I need to say it for my peace of my mind. I clenched my hand tightly.

"It's okay." She looked at me sincerely. I clenched my jaw to control my emotion. Fuck! I think it's a bad idea to talk to her at all. Parang bumabalik lahat nang kagaguhang ginawa ko sa kanya and it's eating my conscience. "Alam ko kung bakit mo nagawa yun." She took my hand and squeezed it. I saw pity in her eyes. I look at her with confused expression.

"Jethrude told me everything." I hate the look in her eyes. She pitied me. Fuck you Rude for telling her everything. She doesn't need to know it. Because I know this will happen. She will pity me. And I hate being look like that.

"Don't look at me like that." I clenched my jaw trying to control my anger. I'm not angry with her. I'm angry with Rude for being a chatterbox!

"Sorry." She said apologetically. I sighed and look at her.

"What happen doesn't justify what I did to you. I know my apology is already long overdue but I still want to say sorry. Sorry for everything." I look at her sadly. I'm actually sad because I know that I will betrayed her again.

"Can we just forget about the past? Matagal na kitang napatawad Danex. Friends?" She extended her hand to me and smiled. I rolled my eyes and hold her hand as she shake it.

Hindi ko alam na may tao pala talagang madaling magpatawad at hindi nagtatanim nang sama nang loob. Kaede is the living proof. Her heart is so pure. And I can't helped to feel guilty because I will hurt her again. This will be the last time Kaede. And I promised that you will never see me again.

"What the fuck?!" Raven arrived and pull Kaede away from me. Shit! Her devil boyfriend saw us. "Why are you talking to her?!" He angrily said while looking at me menacingly.

"Raven! Calm down! Eh ano ngayon kung kinakausap ko siya? We're friends! Goodness!" She's frowning at him.

"Friends?! Friends don't betrayed each other!" I can't helped but taste the bitterness of each word that he said.

"We already talk about this. Past is past okay? Can we just move on? I'm alive. You're alive. And we're both happy." She said holding his hand and he automatically calm down. Wow! Just like that. I bit my inner cheek to stop myself from smiling.

"Pasensya na sa asal nang isang toh. You know him. Still the same. Always grumpy." She said and then giggled.

"What the fuck are you saying nerd?!" He hissed.

"See? You're grumpy again. Let's eat lunch na. I'm already hungry." She looked at him while smiling and then turned to me. "Eat with us Danex. Come." She hold my arm at sinabay ako sa paglalakad niya.

"What the hell nerd? You should be holding my arm not hers?!" He snapped as he followed us.

"Don't mind him Danex."

"Okay. But I didn't agree na sabay tayong kumain."

"Hindi ka pwedeng tumangi." She said grinning. I just rolled my eyes at her. Bahala na. Pabor nga sa akin toh eh. This will help me more.

"Why is she eating with us?!" I just rolled my eyes to them. Hindi ata matatapos ang araw na toh na wala akong reklamo matatanggap sa mga devil natoh.

"Bakit Seth? May problema ba?" Kaede said while her brows furrowed. He looked at Kaede and then turned to Raven.

"Did you approved this?"

"I don't have a choice. She's the boss now."

"Fuck! Nagbago ka na talaga duze. Under ka nah." Natatawang sabi nito.

"As if you're not under with Aria." He said smirking. Hearing Aria's name made me stop from eating. Fuck!

"How is she Seth?" Kurt asked as he sit beside Seth.

"She's still unconscious." Napahigpit ang hawak ko sa kutsara at tinidor. Fuck! "Kailangan ko siyang puntahan sa hospital ngayon." Seryosong sabi niya. Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!

"What do you mean unconscious Seth? What happen to Aria?" Confused and worried na tanong ni Kaede.

"An explosion happen on their lolo's hacienda. Fuck! She got it so badly. Hindi pa siya gumigising for two days na." Halos manginig ako sa narinig. Fuck this shit! I want to get out of here. I don't wanna hear what he is going to say.

"And how about Rude?"

"He's in the hospital as well Duze. But he's fine. I think he will be discharged today."

"Is it an inside job?"

"Yes duze. Almost all of their guard are dead. All are headshot from a snipper and silencer."

"Nahuli ba?" My eyes darted to Jedde dahil sa tanong niya. Shit! Nahuli ba nila si Neil? Is he dead already? Fuck!

"Yes. But he's dead." Biglang may bumara sa lalamunan ko. My eyes started to sting and I think anytime my tears will gonna fall. Fuck! Neil is dead and it's my fault for leaving him there. I tried to calm myself and eat my food fast. I felt suffocated. I need to get out of here right away before they will noticed odd about me. Fuck this! I tried to control my hand to stop it from shaking.

When I finished my food, I drank my soda in one gulped and stand up.

"I gotta go Kae. Thanks for inviting me to eat with you. I think they're not comfortable eating with my presence." I said looking at the devils in front of me. They just raised their brows at me. And they look at me that I should really go away. All of them are looking at me as if I'm a virus. Fuck!

"Don't mind them Danex. Just stay please. We're still waiting for the girls to come." She looked me while pouting. I clenched my jaw. I can't stay. Shit! This is enough for today. Seeing the girls knowing that Aria is still in the hospital and unconscious is too much for me.

"I'm sorry." I said and then walk away from them. I didn't look back I just walk faster. I wanted to get out so badly.

"Let her go. Tsk! It's better that she leave. You know we hate her."

"Raven!" I heard Kaede and Raven argue. At sabay nang pagsara nang pinto nang cafeteria at paglabas ko ay ang pagkawala nang samut-saring emosyon na kanina ko pa pinipigilan. I cried hard for the second time. Not for my brother. But for a friend who save my life once.
