Nababaliw na ata talaga ako. Ang mga make out session namin ni Rude ay nasundan pa nang ilang beses. Kung hindi sa condo ko, ay sa kotse niya.

Sa mga araw na dumaan, hindi ko na alam kung ano ba itong ginagawa ko. Sa mission pa ba o sa sarili ko na? Nakakabobo. Fuck!

Sumasakit na ang ulo ko sa kakaisip. Mas lalo tuloy akong mabwisit sa mukha ni Rude. Masyadong ginagalingan. Tangna!

Ang malala. Yung halik niya, hinahanap-hanap ko na.

Ano bang pinaggagagawa mo Danica? Nahihibang ka na yata talaga!

Nahalikan ka lang, naging marupok ka na!

Napahilamos ako sa mukha ko habang nakaupo mag-isa sa couch ko.

I tried to focus and think that I'm doing this for the mission. Pero parang kino-convinced ko na lang yung sarili ko.

Hindi ako pwedeng magpadala sa emosyon ko.

What if he's just doing this para paamohin ako? To lower my guard?

Tuso si Rude. He's vicious.

I was startled when my phone suddenly rings. I fetch it from my front pocket and look who is calling.

I froze when I saw the caller. Fuck!

My boss.

I bit my lower lip while trying to think if I should answer it right now. I already know why he is calling. And it is for my mission.

Tapos na ang bakasyon ko. I bet he will tell me that I need to finish the mission. Shit!

I was just looking at the phone until it stops ringing. But then it rings again. My boss is calling again.

Huminga ako nang malalim. Pikit-mata kong sinagot ang tawag niya.

"Boss."

[What took you so long to answered the phone Danica? Hmm?] He asked with a serious tone. Napalunok akong bigla.

"I was in the kitchen boss. I left my phone here in the living room." I lied. I tried my best not to stutter.

[Hmm. I see. I bet you know why I am calling. Right?]

"Yes, Boss." I said while clenching my fist.

[Good. Any good news or progress about it?]

"Yes. We're kind of close already." I almost bit my tongue while saying that.

[Magaling! Maasahan ka talaga. Kaya ikaw ang pinakapaborito ko sa lahat. I expect that you'll be done with your mission after a week?] Halos masamid ako sa sarili kong laway.
