We reached the Clam Diner, and we looked everywhere for the Burton Family.

"Where are they?", I asked. "Do you see them?"

"They are not here yet", George answered.

"This is great! It means we can set a table for them-how many are they?"

"The Burton Family has many members, so there are many of them; therefore, we need the biggest table"

Then, we prepared a table for them. Suddenly, we heard a voice.

"George, is that you?", David asked, entering the scene with his family.

We looked at them, and we stood to meet them.

"Good evening, David", George greeted. "This is my friend: Jose Enrique Santos, and he is from the Philippines"

"It's a pleasure to meet you", David said.

"Likewise", I replied.

We shook hands then I shook the others' hands. The last member whose hand I shook was Mila's.

"Good evening", I greeted. "My name is Jose"

"Mila", she replied.

Then, we sat around the table as a waiter approached us to take our order.

"What should I get you?", he asked.

"I will take Jumbo Pack #4", David said, without giving me a chance to know what they had in Clam Diner. He must have noticed my expression because he added, "Don't worry, you will like it"

After he left, we conversed.

"Tell us about yourself, Jose", David said.

I told him I was a cabinet member for Foreign Agency, but I kept my mission in my mouth.

"This is great", David commented. "A brilliant political man is good for my daughter"

"Dad!", Mila objected.

"Maybe your daughter has a boyfriend", I said.

"No, I don't!", she exclaimed.

(Yes, I forced myself to know if she had a boyfriend as soon as possible to avoid the same pain I had in Australia)

Then, the waiter delivered David's order. We ate and had a great time.
