 Ty's Point of View

Ever since Esme and I started dating we kind of drifted away from Daisy and her girls. The guys decided to leave her crew after she got busted for selling drugs. Unfortunately the girls were with her and went down too. Since then it's been Ella and the guys who later recruited a few other girls.

The school bell rings and I head out of class and straight to my locker whete everyone meets after school. "Hey mama" I said kissing her on the cheek and putting my hat on her as she opens my locker. I know how much she likes wearing my hat, plus we all know she looks so much cuter in it than I do. I slide my arms around her waist and pull her in close "I missed talking to you all weekend" I whisphered in her ear so that only she could hear.

"I know, I missed you too Tiger."

I let go of her and greet eveyone else as they arrive. I nodd my head at Nick, our official sign of acknowledgement until we get closer when we do our handshake that we made in 6th grade.  Our whole group was practically there now, I guess you could say that I'm alpha of this pack. Nobody ever questions what I do or say. Of course I don't take advantage of that, but I certainly do expect alot of them.

We walk out into the parking lot and I start my car, the engine revs loud followed by Nick's car. We all typically go to my house right after school on Friday but today we decided we'd go to the movies. I hop into my car and stick my hand out the window and hit the side of my car "lets go" I insisted. We pull up infront of the theatre and let the girls go in and buy the tickets while we park the cars. When we go into the theatre we see the girls in line and right behind them stood a group of guys who seemed to be talking to them. I held my hands out and the guys stopped walking. I wanted us to walk in at the right to show them that those are our girls and they're taken but also to piss em off. I nodd and we move in. We go under the line ropes and all walk up to the girls wrapping our arms around them. I looked at the group of guys turning Esme to face me "do we have a problem here?" I sternly asked the guys.

"Nope." one of them quickly replied.

"Good." I smirked, turning around with Esme. I looked down at her and she was shaking her head "What? Did you expect me to just let them hit on my girl like that?" She giggled and rested her head against me chest. We finally got to the ticket booth "7 tickets for 'The Other Woman'" I asked.

"That'll be $85.63 please."

I pulled out my wallet and swiped my card. She handed me my receipt and the tickets and when I looked back they were all looking at me "we were gonna pay for our own tickets Ty." One of the girls snarled.

"Well I already paid for them so stop complaining." I said and walked with the guys behind the girls. I shook my head and they all chuckled "girls, can do you the nicest things for them and they still complain!"

I pulled Nick aside and let the others walk up so they couldn'thear us. "I won't be able to do shit like that anymore, moneys getting tight now. I mean a grand a week just isn't enough to support 3 people and pay the rent. Yesterday I got a call to go in for an interview, only problem is it's at Caddy's. I went in and I landed the spot. Had I been single,  I might have jumped to the chance of working there but now with Esme in my life I just don't know if that's suitable for me." I ran one hand through my hair and massaged the back of my neck with the other.

"Dude I think at this point, she's gotta trust you to be in the club. More importantly she has to realize that you're doing it for her." He said making me realize that this all really is for Esme.

"But if I take the night job, how's Esme gonna manage? The night shift is 9 to 3."

"Fuck I forgot about that. I'll do it." My eyes widened. I'll do it. You get outta Rick's place at 6, that gives you 3 hours to do what you want. My shift at the grill ends at 9. I'll go home, change, do my thing and get back there around 10 so Esme can sleep."

"One, when would YOU sleep and two why? Why would you give up your time to help me? I mean there's really nothing in it for you."

"You get in at 3:30, I'll go home when you get there and then I don't have to go to work until 10. That gives me 5 hours of sleep and you know I don't sleep more than that. You on the other hand, when are you gonna sleep? You'll only get 2 hours in the morning and maybe 2 in the afternoon."

"I'll make it work. But real shit, are you really gonna give up your time like that for me?"

"Look T, you're my boy, and if I can help you out you best believe I will. In a year or two you guys will be on your feet and it'll be easier. Until then, we're here for you."
