JOOHYUN'S POV

Is this real? Lisa and I are talking casually like the 7 years gap between us didn't happen. Gosh is this how Lalisa Manoban love? Well, I know already that she's sweet and caring best friend but this version of her still surprises me. I need someone to pinch me and tell me this is not a dream. We do feel the same way. We are both in the same page. I am glad I did the first move. I am willing to take the risk for her. Though it's kinda upsetting that my initial plan didn't work at least now I know what she truly feels for me. Making love with Lisa could wait. Taeyeon unnie will be so proud of me if she knew what I just accomplished. It's all worth it. The only complication in this relationship is Kim Jennie and I trust Lisa to take care of that matter. Oh no, Jennie's the main one and there are other women too. I forgot about Wendy and Joy. The two of them are also troublesome. I want Lisa alone and no one's gonna steal her away from me. Call me obsessed but Bae Joohyun never likes to share what is hers.

We just finished our meal."So did you like my version of gamjatang?"

"Joohyun's gamjatang is the best!" Lisa raised two thumbs up. "Wow I didn't know putting carrots would also compliment the the original recipe. As expected you're the best Hyun." I am getting all red because of her compliments.

"From now on I'll cook food for you."
I said.

"Really, you'll do that? But aren't you busy at the hotel? You can cook for me when you're free I don't want to burden you."

"You're not a burden. You're my priority Lalice." I said firmly.

"Oh, wow. That's too much Hyun. By the way aren't you going to work?" Lisa asked.

"Nope today is my off. Do you want to go somewhere?"

"Where to go?"

"Anywhere will be fine for as long as I am with you." I said. Lisa grinned like some ideas popped on her mind.

"Uhuh, let's just go home first to get my car then to your place so you can change too. Then I'll decide where to take you out for a date."

"We-we're going to have a date?" I stuttered.

"Yeah, or should I court you first? I am  getting confused which should comes first, Hyun. I am not an expert in this field. I just wanted you to be always happy." Lisa shyly confessed.

"You are already making me one. Just being with you makes me the happiest, Lalice. You don't have to worry I am a cheap date. You don't have to do any extravagant for me." I assured.

"The thing is, when it comes to you. I wanted it to be more special. I don't care, money isn't an issue. Just let me show you how much I love you in ways I know."

Gees why does even it sounded cheesy I still fall for it. Lisa has her way of making me feel so fluttered.

We hired a cab to go to her place. The house seemed empty. Lisa headed straight to her room to get change. She already took a bath in Seulgi's house. She just wanted to wear her own clothes and be more comfortable. I told her I just stay downstairs. I might not control my hormones seeing her on a bathrobe or just a towel wrapped around her body. We were alone inside the house just like old days. So I took time to roam a round and I saw a familiar piano on their living room. Lisa used to play music for me. She taught me to use this. It was our bonding after school too. It's not the original piano Lisa used to play when she was little but this is the same piano I had practice countless times. How I wish I'll be able to see her play for me some other time. I opened the piano and traced the keyboard. I smiled remembering the story behind this purple piano.

"I don't like it. It's too plain just black and white." I complained for nth time.

"It's not about the color, Hyun. It's about music. You can at least try. Don't you want to play it for yourself?" Lisa patiently said.
