He Cheated Part Two

Great Morning

        I am enjoying a cup of coffee, it's still early. Silas and the kids are sleeping. I wanted to get up early and look over some papers. I done interviews all day yesterday for a new sitter and I got it down to 2, not sure what one to hire though. I am really looking for a live in sitter and I need to get the room ready. I go for a refill on the coffee and I hear Silas's phone ring. I can hear him talking, but can't really hear what he is saying. He starts walking down stairs and I look back out of the window. Silas makes himself a cup of coffee and walks over and joins me. He picks up the papers on the table and starts looking over them. We talk about it and I tell him how the interviews went. We finally decide on one. Her name is Jane, shes 20 and she has her own place by she on a month to month lease. No kids and never married. I give her a call and ask her to come over in an hour. I wanted Silas to meet her before I said yes. I pick up the blanket off the couch and fold it and wipe the table off. Silas gets ready for work. As soon as I sat down Jane knocks on the door. Silas in walking down stairs and we all sit in the living room and Silas ask her a few questions, I had none since I talk to her yesterday.

        Silas stands up shakes Janes hand and said " Lisa I have to leave for work. Do you want to walk out here with me?" I stand smile at Jane and walk outside. Silas said " She seems very nice and I think we should give her a shot. Stick around and see how she does with the kids before you leave her alone though." I give him a kiss and he leaves. I walk back inside and talk to Jane over more coffee. I found out her and her boyfriend broke up four months ago and she got an apartment, but she done month to month because she didn't want to live there alone. I show her the bedroom, it's painted in teal, with white and teal curtains. White dresser and a walk-in closet. It's a full size bed and a 47'' tv on the wall. Jane looks at me and said " Lisa this room is very nice, thank you so much for calling me back." I tell her no problem. We walk back downstairs and talk alittle more. Jane then said " When would you like me to start?" I tell her she is more than welcome to start today, unless it was too soon and she can move in whenever she is ready.
