This chapter skips ahead from where we left off before. Just letting you know. And it's pretty long, so it makes up for how short chapter 8 was! And there's LOTS of drama! Oooooooooooooh! :P
Also, remember what kind of car Riker has. It's going to be important in one of the upcoming chapters. Enjoy!

CHAPTER ELEVEN:
PARTY TIME
------------------
Carter's P.O.V.
I couldn't believe it had already been a month since Jules and I rang the Lynches' doorbell. It felt like just yesterday.
Within the past month, so much had happened. Rocky and I said that we loved eachother, and so did Jules and Riker, but they said it before us when they were on the roof.
Everyone found out about the story behind those two lines in Crazy 4 U, and no thanks to Ratliff's big mouth again. We really have to stop telling that boy secrets.
Also in the past month, Rocky and I eventually had sex. Yes, protection was used. And no, I did not get pregnant. Don't worry.
Today was Rocky's 18th birthday, so Jules and I went over to the Lynches' house to celebrate. We were celebrating Riker's birthday also, as they were only a week apart.
We were all gathered around the kitchen table, a light green and blue-frosted cake centered in front of Rocky and Riker.
"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Rocky and Riker, happy birthday to you!" we all sang.
They blew out the candles, and Rocky turned his head towards me to give me a kiss. A camera flashed, and Rocky pulled back.
"Mom!" he complained.
"Sorry, sweetie. It was your first kiss as an adult. And I wanted a picture of it."
"Whatever," he said, rolling his eyes.
Mark, Mr. Lynch, cut the cake into pieces, handing one out to everybody.
I sat at the island on a stool next to the birthday boy, and Jules and Riker sat at the table, laughing.
Rocky took his fork and put some icing on my nose.
I tried to lick it off, but I couldn't reach it with my tongue.
"You're adorable, Carter," Rocky laughed, handing me a napkin.
I wiped off the icing. "Well you're sexy as hell," I whispered quietly to make sure no one else heard it.
"You're not so bad yourself," he winked.
I draped my arms around his neck and leaned in, kissing him passionately.
"Get a room!" I heard Ryland yell at us. Rocky lifted his hand, probably flipping his brother off behind me.
"Rocky," Stormie warned.
He waved her off, putting his hand on my back. We pulled apart and stared into each other's eyes.
"I love you, Rocky," I smiled.
"I love you too."
"Present time!" Rydel sang.
I grabbed Rocky's hand as we walked to the living room. He and Riker sat on the couch, and the rest of us sat on the floor.
"Open ours first," Jules said, handing the boys our gift.
They took the tissue paper out to reveal two almost identical dog tag necklaces, each with two charms. One was engraved with 'Rocky' on one charm and 'Carter' on the other, both in a lime green script, and the other necklace had 'Riker' engraved on one charm and 'Juliana' on the other, both in a dark blue script.
