~ time skip to 1 week later~
-Noah's POV-
Its been a week since the cast sleepover and boy oh boy has it been the longest week ever. I haven't been in contact with anyone since then and I completely understand why.
~flashback to the sleepover~
I watched y/n exit the room leaving me, once again, in pain by myself. I couldn't take it anymore and I let my anger get the best of me. I marched out of the living room ready to show him a piece of my mind.
"Leave, if you don't want me to finish what we started," I threatened.
"Blah, blah, blah, finished what we started," Jack mocked, "you act as if I wasn't winning."
"It would be a smart idea to leave. Right. Now." I raged, curling my hand up into a fist ready to strike at him at any moment now.
"Woah, what's going on here?" Finn asked placing his hands between us so we couldn't go at it again.
"Jeez, what happened to your face?" he spoke once again, examining Jack's bandages which seemed to already have fresh blood soaked through them.
"Of course you notice Jack's bandaged cuts and not my open cuts that have blood dripping down from them," I chuckle, with pain in voice which gets Finn's attention.
"What do you mean "of course?" Finn turned to face me.
"Oh don't act like I'm not always your last choice. You never and when I say never I mean NEVER asked me for advice, to hang out, or even texted for god sake! I mean when's the last time we have hung out 1 on 1, huh?" I raised my voice. Finn stood there silently, not daring to say anything.
"Exactly, no response. You know I'm right so don't even TRY to argue. Actually, you know what is really funny?" I asked him. He raised an eyebrow at me waiting for me to answer my own question.
"The last time we hung out was BEFORE you introduced us to Jack," I said pointing at Jack. Jack's neutral expression quickly turned into a frown as he registered what I said.
"There's a reason for that," Finn exhaled, "you've changed, Schnapp."
"ME CHANGED? YOU WANNA KNOW WHO CHANGED?" I inched closer to him.
The basement doors flew open and I saw everyone rush down the stairs quickly to us.
"Guys, stop!" Sadie yelled.
"What has gotten into you?" Caleb asked.
"Into ME? Again, have you seen who has been the start of all of our problems?" I pointed at Jack.
"That's it, I'm leaving," Jack scoffed as he purposely hit my shoulder while going upstairs.
"Me too," Finn spit.
"Me three," everyone chimed in.
For the third time in the time span of an hour, people left me, once again, in pain. This time not just physical but emotional. I just lost all my friends.
~end of flashback~
I thought I didn't mess up that bad, but every time that moment replays in my mind, I seem even more horrible of a person.
I knew I had to at least try to make it up to everyone, especially Jack. Apologizing to y/n is one step closer to getting her to believe me. Right the plan, I started to remember. If I can get y/n to see their plan, then maybe she won't think I'm the bad guy here.
I began to brainstorm ideas that would help give y/n the knowledge to believe me about Millie and Jack. I already tried talking to her so, I can scratch that off my list. Then, an idea flowed right into my mind. I could get someone else to help. After all, right now it is 2 against 1. However, if I get the sides even, people will eventually have to pick sides which means y/n will have to. I just hope she actually uses her brain and sees that I'm not the one to blame here.
Now, I just have to figure out who can help. Obviously not Finn because he is pissed at me. In fact, the only person who didn't look THAT pissed was Caleb. So, I took out my phone and did the only logical thing to do, text him.

(bold text is Caleb, regular is Noah)Hey Caleb. I know we didn't really end off on a good note but, I was wondering if you maybe wanted to hang out.
It's all good. Wanna meet up at Jake's Diner in 30?
Yeah that works fine.
Alright, see you then.
Read: 11:34 amI threw on some decently presentable clothes and hopped in my car. I pulled into the parking lot of Jake's and saw Caleb sitting in his already parked car. We both got out of our cars and dapped one another up.
We seated ourselves because it was a local diner and not a fancy sit-down restaurant.
We both ordered our drinks. I got a lemonade and Caleb had a Mountain Dew. We made small talk until I decided it was a good time to bring it up.
"Remember when Millie and Jack went upstairs to check in on me that one day?" I asked him.
"Yeah I do, why?"
"Well, I overheard Millie and Jack talking outside my door."
"Ok and......?" Caleb said getting intrigued.
"Well they said they wanted to separate me from y/n."
"Well I mean you just met so, I don't see how it would be that hard letting her go."
"Goddamn it Caleb, I like her!" I yelled. I got weird stares from multiple people but, it was how I truly felt. So, I did not care.
"I knew it!" Caleb raised his hands up in joy.
"Ok well, I know there is more to their plan because I only heard a fraction of it. So, I was wondering if you could help me try to convince y/n that Jack is actually up to something?" I asked while giving him puppy eyes so he would agree to the question.
"Fine," he gave in.
I started doing a little happy dance when I saw Caleb's smile turn to the most surprised, shocked face I have ever seen him make.
I whipped my head towards the glass entrance doors to see what he was looking at or should I say who he was looking at.
