chapter 18: Jimnayeon and naykook

Nayeon's POV

It was the break time of practicing.

Their comeback might be delayed but before they get the day off, they have to learn their performance.

I am currently talking with Jungkook when Jimin put his arm around Jungkook's shoulder.

"Hey kook? I need my girl."

I was shocked.

"My girl?" Me and Jungkook said in chorus.

Jimin then laughed. "I'm just kidding guys. Nayeon, let's go talk alone." But before I can answer, he grabbed me by the hand and dragged me outside.

"What is it?" I asked when he stopped.

"I heard you and Jungkook will stay together for a while." He said a hint of sadness in his eyes.

I smiled. "Yes. Don't worry, we'll come back as soon as the media calms down." I assured him.

He sighed.

I looked at him with an eyebrow raised. "What's wrong?"

He looked at me.

"Knowing that, I won't be able to see you for a while."he said.

I chuckled.

" didn't you heard me? I said we'll come back."I laughed.

Do this guy really think I'll leave?

I was cut off when he suddenly pulled me into an embrace.

I was shocked as my heart started beating fast.

"I'll miss you Nayeon."

I smiled.

"Me too."

We stayed in that position when someone cleared his throat.

I turn to see Jungkook with his arms crossed.

He then walked towards me and grab my hand.

"I bet you had finished talking. She will now be with me." He said as he drag me.

What's with these two dragging me these days?

After that, Jungkook stopped when we were inside the private room.

He turned to look at me and there was a hint of....... Sadness?

"I want to know why....."he instantly made me confused.

" why, what?"I asked.

"Why you don't see it." He answered.

I got more confused.

"See what?" I asked again.

"See how much I love you...." He muttered but I didn't heard it.

"What?" I asked.

He looked at me again but he was smiling already.

"Nothing. Can I at least get a comfort from my personal assistant? I feel down." He pouted which made me chuckled.

I then hugged him which he hugged back immediately.

"No worries Jungkook, I'm always here if you need someone to talk to."I said but instantly remembered something.

Flashback

I shook my head not wanting to tell him my problem.

" you didn't like what came out, right?" He asked.

I slowly nodded.

I told him the reason why I don't like it.

"Don't worry, I'm always here when you need someone to talk to." He smiled while hugging me.
