chapter 19: house on the hill

Nayeon's POV

Today is the day when me and Jungkook will go.

He already is putting his luggage on his truck while I was walking towards him with my bags and luggage's.

"Here, let me help you." He said as he took my luggage and put it inside the truck.

I smiled. "Thank you. Such a gentleman you are." I joked.

He laughed as he continued putting the luggage while I went towards the passenger's seat.

I then went in and waited for him to finish.

As soon as he finished, he went inside the driver's seat and drove to the said address.

During the journey, we just talk about what we think the house will look like.

"I bet it is a tree house." He said like a child.

I shrugged. "No. It will be a modern house kook."

"Tree house!"

"Modern house!"

"Tree!"

"Modern!"

"Tree!"

I sighed knowing he won't stop if I will keep on going.

"Anyways, have you still been in touch with Bambam?" He asked changing the topic.

"Well, he have been busy but last day, we talked on the phone." I said.

"Ever since he was still in school, he was always a busy guy." He chuckled.

I raised a brow. Right, I haven't remembered that.....

"Tell me, what have I been up to before?" I asked out of curiosity.

He was quiet for a while when he opened his mouth to talk.

"Well, before, you and I used to go to a rabbit hole where a happy rabbit family was there." He smiled remembering the past.

"Really? No wonder I used to dream about bunnies." I muttered.

He chuckled. "Yes. Those bunnies loved you so much ever since you came."

"Tell me Jungkook, where did we first met?" I asked.

He looked at me then looked back ahead on the road.

"On the rabbit hole. I was looking for the bunny when I saw you already took care of it." He said.

I smiled. "Seems like you know so much about me. Maybe tell some?" I asked

"Well, you are actually the reason why me and my hyungs became famous."

I was shocked. "Really?"

He nodded.

"Mhm, you told us to join the talent show back at school. Actually, you had a hard time convincing Namjoon hyung that you started to whine and pout."

I blushed. Was I really that childish?

He chuckled. "You look too cute that time and maybe that's the reason he agreed to."

I smiled. Knowing I helped some people to being successful.

"Also, I forgot to tell you. You were very famous at school before because of your natural beauty and kind attitude." He looked at me and smiled then looked back.

I blushed again. Looks like he knows more about me than myself....

All the way to the house, we just talked and talked. Until we arrived.

When we exited the car, I looked at the house.

There was a modern house and it was attached to a tree house.

"Looks like we were both right." Jungkook whispered on my ear which made me laugh.

Yes we are.....
