chapter 4: have we met?

Jungkook's POV

It was morning already but I was still sleepy. I have been thinking about what my hyungs told me yesterday.

But I still couldn't forget her how much I try......

We are currently practicing when our manager excused himself for some announcements.

"Today, your beloved stylist noona passed away because of Leukemia. But aside from that, I picked a new stylist for you guys. You will apparently meet her tomorrow. So I hope you will welcome her as you always do to new staffs. Do I make myself clear?"

"Yes manager-nim." We all said in chorus.

We then started practicing. It was quite exhausting because first, I didn't have enough rest last night. Second, the song takes more than 3 minutes.

All day, we just did practice, breaks. Practice, breaks repeatedly.

Our staffs too were exhausted by the long day. But we have to sacrifice to put on a great performance during concerts and music awards.

While we were taking a break, our manager came in.

"Your new stylists have already arrived. Please welcome her dearly."

"Meet your new stylist, Im Nayeon."

Nayeon?

Me and the band looked at each other. Could it be her? Or it's just someone with the same name as her?

Either way, my heart was bearing rapidly. Half excited, half nervous to see her.

Once she came in, my jaw dropped.

It's her .....

Nayeon. As always, she has those natural beauty that everyone loves. But what differs her was her hair grew longer. Her face, her lips, her eyes, nose, and everything about her was still the same.

I smiled. "Hi Nayeon!" I exclaimed.

She looked at me.

"Hello Mr. Jeon." She smiled and bowed.

I got confused. Since when did she got all formal towards me?

"Yah! Nayeon, your too formal. We used to be friends remember?" Jimin laughed.

Her eyebrows got close together.

"Have we met?"
