After everything happened Kie took me home, I felt really lonely since I had never been alone at the chateau.
I got ready for bed but i couldnt sleep, just thinking where John B might be, how is JJ doing, what I was going to do, and that tommorrow i had to go to midsummers with Kie.
I went with her every year beacuse she said it made it more torelable, and her parents only trust me to go with her, so i have to, and i wouldnt let Kie be sorrounded by kooks all alone one night, she wouldnt survive
I was lost in my thoughts when I heard the front door open, I got up and slowly walked to the kitchen and grabbed a knife, ready to defend myself if it was a murderer
"Ava" the voice said and i immediatly recognized it, it was John B, I left the knife on the counter and went over to hug him, he hugged me back tightly and we stayed there
"I told you i'd be back" he said and i chuckled
"How? What? Where? Wait, what are you wearing?" i asked looking at him up and down, he was wearing a suit, what the fuck, he never wears suits, and never dressses this fancy
"its a uhh...long story" he said scratching the back of his neck as a smile crept up his face, I smirked at him knowing that it had a girl involved, he saw my smirk and said "what?"
"Who is she?" i asked him poking his side, he looked at me acting confused and said "no one" i gave him a really? Look since I knew he was lying
"Why are you looking at me like that? Im telling the truth" John B said
"JB, you may lie to the DSC, the cops, and everyone, but me. Im your twin sister, I know when youre lying" i said looking at him grabbing his shoulder "So, who is she?"
John B stayed silent "Come on John B, please, or should i be worried? Is she dangerous?" i asked him seriously starting to get a little concerned
"No! She isnt dangerous, you shouldnt worry" he said, I smiled as he admited there indeed, was a girl
"So, tell me, who is she?" i asked him, he looked at the floor and muttered something "What? JB i cant hear you" i told him
"Sarah Cameron" he said a little louder, my jaw dropped, I certainly wasnt expecting that
"What? John B she has a boyfriend! And may i add, she is kook princess, you cant trust her" i said and crossed my arms
"Look Aves, you dont understand, she is different, she is not who she appears to be" said John B "I promise i'll explain everything tommorrow"
"But tommorrow i have to go to midsummers with Kie" i told him, JB started walking toward his room leaving me there "John B" i said
"I promise!" he said and closed his door, I sighed and went back to bed, now a little calmer knowing that my brother was okay
