Laughing and holding hands, YN and Terry were on their way back from a perfect date. They had just finished dinner at their favorite restaurant, and now their favorite song was playing on the radio as they jammed out together. The night seemed full of promise and joy.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, a truck ran a red light, crashing violently into the side of their car. The impact was shattering. YN felt a jolt of incredible force as their car was hit, flipping over not once, but twice, before finally coming to a stop.

Despite the chaos, YN miraculously managed to stay conscious. Her first instinct, amidst the ringing in her ears and the haze of shock, was to check on Terry. She turned towards him, her heart racing with fear and desperation.

She saw Terry's eyes wide open, blood drenching his face. Panic seized her as she reached out to touch him, to shake him gently, hoping beyond hope that he would respond. But there was no movement. No response. Terry lay there, still and silent.

"Oh my god," YN sobbed, her voice choked with tears. The weight of the moment crashed down on her, overwhelming grief and disbelief flooding through her. Tears streamed down her face as she struggled to comprehend the loss unfolding before her eyes.

The world around her seemed to blur as emergency sirens wailed in the distance, pulling closer with urgency. Paramedics rushed to the scene, their voices muffled by the shock and trauma enveloping YN's senses.

In that tragic moment, all YN could feel was the unbearable emptiness of losing the person she loved, the person who had been by her side just moments ago, laughing and enjoying life together.

Soon YN shot up in bed, her body drenched in sweat. Frantically searching beside her, she panicked when Terry wasn't there. Her fear mounted as she hurriedly checked every room, calling out his name in desperation.

"Terry!" Her voice echoed through the house until she finally found him in the kitchen, calmly drinking water. Relief flooded through her as their eyes met, but Terry could see the distress etched on her face.

"Babe—" he began, but YN cut him off, her voice trembling with emotion. "Terry," she sobbed, moving into his arms. He enveloped her in a warm embrace, holding her close as she clung to him, trying to shake off the lingering terror of her dream.

"What happened, baby?" Terry asked gently, his soothing voice grounding her. YN shuddered as she recounted her nightmare of the car accident, of seeing him lying still and silent.

Terry held her tighter, pressing a reassuring kiss to her forehead. "I'm not going anywhere. I'm always here," he whispered, his words a balm to her anxious heart. "It felt so real" she said looking at him.

"It did, didn't it?" Terry replied softly, brushing a stray tear from YN's cheek. He held her gaze with unwavering reassurance, his expression filled with love and understanding. "But look at me," he urged gently, tilting her chin up to meet his eyes. "I'm right here, safe and sound."

YN nodded, leaning into his embrace, finding comfort in the steady rhythm of his heartbeat. "I know," she whispered, her voice still trembling with the remnants of fear from her vivid dream. "It just felt so real, Terry. Losing you..." Her voice caught, emotions raw from the intensity of the nightmare.

"I'm here, YN," Terry repeated, his arms tightening around her. "I'm not going anywhere." He kissed her forehead again, a gesture of solace and commitment. "You're safe with me."

YN closed her eyes, letting his words sink in, grounding herself in the present moment. She took a deep breath, inhaling the familiar scent of his cologne mingled with the warmth of their shared space. "Thank you," she murmured, gratitude and relief washing over her.

Terry held her close, his hands gentle and steady against her back. "Anytime, baby," he murmured back, his voice a soft echo in the quiet of the night. "Let's get back to bed," he suggested gently, guiding her towards the bedroom.

YN nodded, allowing Terry to lead her back to the comfort of their bed. She curled up against him, seeking solace in his presence, knowing that despite the lingering fear of her dream, Terry was there, reassuring and steadfast.

As they settled in together, the echo of the nightmare began to fade, replaced by the warmth and peace of their shared love. Terry held her close, his heartbeat a steady rhythm that lulled YN back to sleep, anchored in the safety of his embrace.
